She was on the handheld getting information and literally just letting the customer over the phone listen to the person on the handheld. Um, why didn't he just call the customer directly? And why were there no fewer than three employees walking around her, seemingly unconcerned that she has a line and is trying t handle the phone at the same time? Feels like this place exists in spite of its customers, not because of them. I was planning to talk to someone about help with a bigger landscaping job, but after witnessing this, I will pass.

So we drove down & were amazed by the terrific selection of not only house plants, but also pots, gifts & beautiful Christmas decor! The place is huge and it's FULL! And the products they're making for Christmas are stunning. Even my somewhat curmudgeonly husband was impressed. And their prices, especially for house plants & pots, are way lower than other competitors, even the big box places. The plants are healthier, too. And the best thing was the help we received. I was seeking advice for plants I might not accidentally kill, and the lovely young woman who helped me (I think her name was Kirsten or Kristen??) was so knowledgeable. She asked some good questions, then gave me advice on what to choose, and then while I was shopping she thoughtfully placed two gifts I had already chosen into pretty organza gift bags! I've stopped there a few times but nothing caught my eye. 18 months ago I stopped again and found a…read moredwarf lilac plant. we had one for years in our front yard and it grew to about 8 to 10 feet tall. It was taller than we expected. when it died wanted to put something there but I wasn't sure what I wanted. stopped at Cyndi's again, found the new dwarf lilac and brought it home and planted it in the place of the old one. now it's grown about a foot at most and it's about 3 feet tall. I think this is a true dwarf and I'm very happy with it. I'm thinking about going back and getting 2 more.

We went to Casey's near Bright on Stateline Rd. and thought we might just look around for a replacement. We had been considering getting a full sun Japanese Maple, but they turned out not to be the right shape and height for the location. We asked for the advice of young lady on staff what she thought might work, and she made several suggestions based on our needs and location. We finally decided on a Flowering Crab Apple. Here is the bottom line; They had a wide variety of trees, evergreens and plants to choose from. ALL of their stock looked very healthy and well cared for. The two women on staff couldn't have been more knowledgeable or helpful...and willing to pitch in!!! The shop was really well organized and charming. And their prices beat ALL the West Metro Cinci, S.E. Indy competition!!! We couldn't have been more pleased with our selection, Casey's was great!!!

Wow! If you are looking to plant, garden, or landscape you need to visit Natorp's. We are new-ish…read morehomeowners and just now figuring out our landscaping. We had tried two other local nurseries plus Lowe's and Menards without success- sad looking plants and no help who could advise us on planting for our mostly shaded area. Natorp's was completely different and above and beyond our expectations! As soon as you drive in, it's beautiful and clearly marked. The woman at the customer service desk directed us to a perennial specialist who was so knowledgeable with 30+ years of experience! She helped us find everyone on our list and more. The plants are so well organized, labeled, and easy to find. And they were so healthy- even though it was fall when we visited! I can't stress enough how helpful everyone here was. We were helped by at least 4 people who were so smiley and engaging and willing to find anything for us. They shared that they grow everything there and that they have hundreds of acres! And the prices... you would expect a place like this to charge more for the experience and plant quality but they are an outlet so the prices are amazing. My mother in law is a seasoned gardener and told us she had paid almost 3x what we were paying for some of our plants. You get the "club price" just for buying it- so easy! They will load the plants in your car after, truly taking care of you until the last moment. We were still shopping til closing time and they didn't rush us out and helped us even a few minutes before close. This was a bit of a drive from us but worth every minute! We already know we'll come back when it's time to plant more of our yard, and will recommend it to anyone in the market for plants and a wonderful customer service experience.
