We chose to go with AJT over the other 2 quotes we recieved because Mike was the only one who actually went on our roof to evaluate which I felt was important. No hidden surprises that may have come from the other quotes. Roof was done in 1 day and gutters the day after. Both crews left our property spotless of any debris or nails. Moose and Taner were also a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend AJT for roof and gutters.

I am not a customer of Keystone, but I live across the street from one of Keystone's customer. Two…read moreweeks ago, Keystone's truck parked on my front yard. Deep tire tracks damaged my lawn. I called Keystone to complain. James came out to investigate and told me that they would rake out the damaged area and reseed. Well after I called back two more times to find out what is going on; Keystone had not keep their word to repair the damage lawn. Mind you, the damage area is a very small area and would take about 15 minutes to repair. Shame on you, Keystone!

I've used JC Rockland/Kings Highway Paving in the past and they have always done an excellent job…read moreat a fair price. So this year we hired them to do several more big projects which involved sealing a driveway that they installed last year, installing a new gravel roadway with a grid reinforcement system to correct recurring pothole issue, installing a new asphalt driveway (and fixing a pre-existing drainage issue), as well as installing a beautiful Cambridge Stone retaining wall and front entry walkway. To say that we were happy with the end result of these projects would be an understatement. These guys do it all and they do it right. Easy to work with, reasonable pricing, reliable, and quality workmanship. Highly recommend JC Rockland/Kings Highway Paving without hesitation and plan to work with them again in the future!

Last Spring we hired this company to renovate our front lawn. They came & did the work, but we…read morewere not pleased. Our front yard was torn up & not evened out after roto tilling, & there was still a huge amount of thatch left unraked. We called to have them come back. They said it looked good. We said that it did not, and asked them to redo the seeding. They did. When the grass started to come up, we were horrified to find that there were 2 different colors! I placed 2 or 3 phone calls to the company to say that we were very unhappy. Our calls were not returned. I spent all of last Fall re- raking and dethatching my lawn. It was an enormous amount of work, especially as I have a bad back, and am no longer young. When Spring came around this year again, I had to dethatch my lawn again because so much thatch had been left unraked by the company to begin with. I also had to reseed, to try to get the lawn all one color. We specifically told the company that we needed to have our lawn looking great, so that we might have the option of putting the house on the market within a couple of years. This company was highly recommended, so we are very put out and disappointed. We paid a lot of money for the work, & I ended up having to redo everything myself by hand. I am including pictures of the patchwork looking colors of the lawn, as well as the wheelbarrows full of thatch that I raked and hauled back into my woods. I would definitely not recommend this company.

I had to hire a real professional to come in and fix the damage he caused. He left all his trash behind and vanished as soon as he gets paid. Good luck trying to get in contact with him after that.
