Our son started with 3 summer camps in 2025 -- incredible coaching and team allocation. He was met with a flexible team of personalized coaching daily, fun camp mates, and a safe environment on the field. He soaked in fundamentals, and it quickly transitioned to his athletic abilities. We highly recommend Coerver. Coach Brett and the entire staff are excellent and adaptive to pacing each participant. Our son was able to develope his core training and extra boost to his love for the sport. This is a delayed review, but he was so into FIFA 2026 -- an aquired cultural knowledge that could only be from the deepdives at Coerver camp and Monday MOT. What an experience! Overall, we felt a sense of family just like the good-o-Santa Monicans used to be. Gratitude to Coach Brett and the entire crew!

However I went in and spoke to the owner who reassured me that everything would be fine that they have. I ended up getting everything in email and that eased my mind. The day of the party was absolutely perfect my family and I were allowed to go in 30 minutes prior to the party to set up. Once our guest arrived everything was done and ready to have a great game of basketball. Most importantly my son had an amazing time and his friends enjoyed their time at his party. Please give this small little place a chance as they are working out the kinks!

I eventually received a text message to which I replied with hopes to get information on hosting a birthday party here. I did receive the information HOWEVER, I followed up with "great how can I make a deposit? Can I swing by to view the space?" Never received a reply. I figured it's a business they are likely busty. So I made it a point to visit to hopefully secure a spot for the birthday party. I was advised to visit after 8pm as someone to help would likely be there at that time. In addition I was told to try calling the number I had already tried connecting with. My issue isn't so much not being able to host an event here as much as it's the lack of communication. I waited a few days as I usually like to give the benefit of the doubt...which then lead me to lose potential other locations for the event. Just not great business.

A took him a little while to warm up but the coaches did a great job of making him feel welcome. At pick up, the coaches communicated very well with us regarding what our son worked on and what he needed some more work on. My son is excited to go back and tells us he has lots of fun. We are looking forward additional training at Juke.

I also emailed you twice asking for a refund receipt or confirmation, but I never received a response. I have no choice but to work with my credit card company to try to recover my money. I registered my son for your program but never received any information or confirmation, which is why I tried calling. Unfortunately, no one responded to my calls. What really disappointed me was that after I left a Yelp review, you immediately found time to call me. However, instead of first apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, you asked why I left a bad review. You also said that my review wouldn't affect your business. Perhaps that is true, but that isn't the point. The point is how you treat people and communicate with them. I understand that receiving a negative review is frustrating, but I believe the better approach would have been to calmly listen to my concerns and try to resolve the issue. Your tone during the call felt quite cranky and defensive, which made the situation even more disappointing. I hope you can understand that my review was based on my experience and the lack of communication, not because I wanted to harm your business. I simply expected better communication and customer service.

There were multiple coach changes, lack of clarity on practices, coaches putting their own kids on the team when they weren't on the team, and a refusal to admit when they make mistakes. The parent camaraderie and the kids made the experience better but honestly there are likely better clubs out there.

The staff and coaches are extremely friendly, however the management is lazy and unresponsive. I sent over an email asking them for some details about their spring festival and never heard back. Also the goal net has had a tear in it for week, allowing my son to escape (dangerously). They've not attempted to fix it at all. After finally being fed up, I fixed it myself in under 5 minutes. It's ridiculous that the manager can't even do simple things like answer emails or put up a couple caribeaner clips. Also the trash can outside looks like hasn't been emptied in at least a month. The bag underneath is torn and the trash is overflowing onto the walkway. It's disgusting. I would probably overlook that if the manager wasn't so lazy and unresponsive, but alas... We probably won't be signing up for the next session.
