I paid a significant amount out of pocket for the X-ray and additional charges not covered by insurance, and I was told that was the total amount I needed to pay. The provider took me back for the evaluation, reviewed my X-ray, and told me there was no hope--my tooth couldn't be saved, I had severe gum disease, and my gums needed laser treatment that would take a long time to heal. She was very pushy and rude. It's important to mention I was only referred here for the X-ray, yet she insisted on doing the procedure herself and taking over the work of my referring provider. She also made me feel rushed and showed no compassion or empathy. When I was leaving, I noticed all the lights in the hallway to the exit were off, and there was no one in the lobby where it was dark. I had a terrible experience that night, which caused me anxiety. I ultimately found another provider, a top 100 dentist I trust, who confirmed that I do not have severe gum disease and do not require laser treatment. They successfully completed my implant and I also went through Invisalign, resulting in my teeth being in excellent health and condition. I strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs!

She reassured me I was gonna live & that the dentist in TJ did a good job. Phewww! Then she asked "were you scared" lol. Ummm yeah! Soon as they started talking Spanish, worst case scenarios started running wild. From organ harvesting to kidnapping. I was hesitant to get anymore gum grafts. Not being able to brush, the pain, my mouth was a mess for 2 wks, crap I didnt want to deal with. Dr. Kasperian reassured me I would be OK & it wouldnt be as traumatizing as the 1 graft. SHE WAS RIGHT! She did the graft on Tuesday & today (Thursday) I feel great. She cleaned me up & made a protector for the roof of my mouth. Thank you Dr Kasperian & team!

Late March 2025 Dr. Hirota in National City implanted my brand new three (3) crown bridge designed by Dr. Kasperian on two titanium implant posts (one old and one new). I had some quiet concern I kept to myself about the outcome using new and old implant posts but the truth is I could not be happier! I have my bite back! That's how I found Dr. Martin -- and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I called, his staff was amazing. I explained my situation, and they kindly got me in the same day. When I arrived, the office was clean and welcoming, and the staff was warm and happy to greet me. Dr. Martin was incredibly kind, patient, and honest. After evaluating my tooth, he told me I'd need to see an endodontist -- which I assumed meant more delays. But to my surprise, the endodontist was just a few steps away, and they were able to see me immediately and take my insurance too! I'm extremely grateful for Dr. Martin and his team, and I'll definitely be returning for my routine care. Highly recommend!

Not only do they no have her on for today's scheduled appointment, they are telling me that they had her scheduled for April first at 9 and 10:25am. As you can clearly see, how often this happens with Crown Dental. Dr. Ness or the office manager should reach out to me because I am very frustrated with this office and it's unprofessionalism. I shouldn't have to be told and made to look as if I'm making this up when it's obvious the competency doesn't exist here. Please call me at your earliest as this is causing me time off work and this isn't right for me or anyone. I can only imagine how many people go through this same issue with Crown Dental. It was something I had not experienced at other clinics before. They truly care about long-term dental health, not just the procedure at hand. As far as scheduling and payments for treatments, everything was smooth and hassle-free. Him and his assistant stayed till 7:30 pm to ensure I had a crown that day. He had a bunch of other work and STILL made time to take care of me. Just like my previous root canal, virtually no pain in the procedure, she was able to pull my tooth in one piece, took only about 5 minutes, clean and quick and has healed up well. I don't really enjoy going to the dentist, but Dr Seraj and her team at Elite Dental make it easy for me.
