The sweetest dental assistant, Mrs. Mali, made me a temporary retainer on the spot, simply to make sure my teeth were protected while I was away. Gladys handled scheduling with such ease. First of all, I was able to get an appointment for the week after I called. When signing up for the appointment Sofia let me know she needed 5-10 min to get info, setting clear expectations for the call. I'm very busy on work calls during the day so this actually made a big deal to me. When we arrived, I hadn't filled out the paperwork. No worries, she says I could fill it out while there. (They have branded pens to use) Most importantly, she instantly made my 8 year old comfortable with a huge smile, promise of treats after the appointment, and explanations given directly to her about what was going to happen. They have a modern X-ray machine great for kids that doesn't involve as many mouth contortions. The dentist came in and explained to us what she was seeing. She had a very nice, calm demeanor. She asked insightful questions and, in the end, recommended we wait and see. She didn't want to do two sets of braces - now and later. She noticed some gum inflammation that the dentist didn't mention the week before and gave us new blue toothpaste that would help my daughter identify where to brush. Sofia was able to check my insurance and provide estimates for what the recommended approach would cost. When we left my daughter grabbed an icy pop (a slightly strange treat leaving a dentist). When we were in the car on the way home she asked when we could go back. I call that a resounding success since she has disliked the dentist her whole little life. Oh and they also sent a satisfaction survey addressed to her.

There was someone shadowing and the main tech didn't say anything, about that until I had to ask if they were training during my session and then she acknowledged it with " Oh yes she is shadowing, sorry I should have told you that sooner." Most of the staff looks like they're under twenty five and from a business standpoint when I see that it makes me think that the owner of the business is not paying them that high which would make more experienced candidates go somewhere else. While I think the whole esthetic of it looking like a zoo is great for kids, this is not a good place for adults. Orthodontics are expensive, it is difficult to get around that, however considering that my teeth weren't that bad (I had braces as a child), was coming in for a bite misalignment and TMJ pain, Doctor said "You have a great smile, your bite isn't that bad, that being said fixing your bite should reduce or possibly change your clenching issue..." The price for visiline was outrageous. They quoted me out about 6000 thousand USD. They're advertisements in the sales room claiming that their smiles are better than their competitors is False. In one of the posters, the model is using a facial technique to make it seem like there smile is flat when really they are moving their mouth and jaw akwardly. I used to be a professional model, so I can tell when the model in the photograph is doing weird things with their face. I would shop around before you choose this place. I rarely make reviews. Only when I love or dislike a place. But so many staff their were just unprofessional that I just had to write this.

10 years ago I had the most uncomfortable dental exam and cleaning of my life at zen in which they…read morehad to completely redo my X-rays and then the cleaning itself was very painful and the hygienist was condescending. I had no cavities or any real problems but she still managed to project horror at the state of my perfectly fine teeth. At check out the office assistant told me I needed to book a 4 appointment round of scaling and root planing--which was not discussed during my visit other than the doctor saying "you could develop gum disease" not that there were any signs of it at the time. I booked the appointments but it didn't feel right. Why do invasive procedures on healthy gums? I canceled the appointments and didn't go back. 10 years later I'm extremely happy because I have no gum disease and haven't had as much as a cavity since that appointment. Sometimes invasive dental work can cause much more harm than good if not needed. And why be so condescending about a perfectly healthy mouth? None of it makes sense. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this practice unless they have made major changes.

My teeth shifted slightly and there are two in particular that are noticeably out of line with the rest. They are the top lateral incisors, so they're very visible. I have great benefits so may as well get them straightened out. After over a year of the in house Invisalign and having my teeth sanded/stripped to allow room for movement my teeth do NOT look noticeably different. I'm very disappointed I cannot go to a better orthodontist and wasted my orthodontic benefit. The tooth stripping (his solution for everything) created sensitivity. When he suggested pulling my teeth down out of my gums to be lower instead of addressing why I was in there (straightening!) I knew he was never going to get it right and gave up.

I hadn't been feeling very good the previous week and it turned out my tooth had become badly infected. I texted for help on Thursday evening and I was seen at 8:45am the next morning and made it to work on time. I was given antibiotics and was told it needed to be worked on asap and scheduled me for Monday. I was not looking forward to a weekend of pain but Monday was better than any other office could or would have scheduled me. Saturday morning Dr Bashti calls me and says he thinks I should come in right then and take care of it. Less than 2 hours later he has my infected tooth pulled the tooth next to it repaired and taken care of. It's been a week since the work was done and my jaw was hardly sore the last week and I'll be chewing away good as new very soon. I've seen this dentist a handful of times over the last 7 years and can't recommend him enough. This was the first time I saw other patients in the office and it was clear that they also were very pleased with their treatment and grateful to him for his care. I am a wimp when it comes to mouth pain and other than the initial novocaine shot it was painless. I didn't even have time to worry he did the work so quick. While I wish I never had to see another dentist again, I know that I will definitely have to many more times in my life and I feel like I'm in good hands as long as Priceless Dental is still around.

Though claim amount can be difference, but not almost 50% difference, at the end of the day I just feel like I am lied to. Service the first time was good, second time just feel rushed and painful. I commented on how the second deep cleaning was much more painful and he just smirked it off. Combining with having to pay double the estimate, I would not recommend my family to his office.
