Everyone is super sweet, some have even worked there for more than 15 years, that says a lot about a business. The whole thing took about 6 months total (I was expecting around 9 months) I came in every two weeks, the visits were quick, probably less than 30 mins, I never had to wait a long time. Setting up an appointment wasn't hard and they were able to accommodate me at the time I needed. The front desk lady was super nice. I went in for cleaning and to have my semi-annual check in. The girl who did my cleaning was super gentle and got me super clean. She was also pleasant to chat with and was informative. It was very comfortable and I was very happy since I have super sensitive teeth. I also got X-rays done and had the dentist look at my teeth. The entire process was quick. I liked that the dentist took time to make me knowledgable of what was going on with my teeth and what I can do to prevent any issues. I walked away with some toothpaste and some travel items. The office is located by Bella Terra at one of the medical buildings on the third floor. Parking was easy with complementary validation. The employees here were really nice and told me honestly how I may feel after my surgery. My sister, which was studying to be a dentist at the time, told me about another option. When I met Thimy, the oral surgery, I asked her about the other option my sister mentioned. She blew up on me. She did not let me talk and got defensive. She was trying to make herself sound experienced by telling me how many years shes been doing surgery and where she went to school. I dont care lady, I was just trying to ask you a question. She kept cutting me off. Bitch thinks she knows it all. I got more annoyed when she started to talk about how I looked and started touching my face. I just came in just for consultation but she kept insisting I do the surgery then and there. She also yelled at her employee in front of me for telling me how I may feel. I told her it was not her employee's fault and walked out. She came running after me to try to say things to make sure other customers in the waiting room could hear her explanation. That's not it. They hadn't even taken X-rays before giving me that recommendation, and I was quoted for over $1,000 worth of dental work, including several additional fillings. When I came to Nagel Dentistry, my doctor took X-rays and completed a scan of my mouth. He then spent over 30 minutes going through my X-rays with me, tooth by tooth, and explaining exactly what he was seeing. He showed me that my existing fillings were perfectly fine and did not need to be replaced, there was no decay underneath my filling, and I had zero active cavities. I really appreciate that he took the time to thoroughly evaluate everything instead of recommending unnecessary treatment. It was such a relief to get an honest second opinion, and I left feeling confident that I was getting the care I actually needed.
