Dr. Zak is truly the Michelangelo of teeth sculpting and veneers--and I don't give praise lightly, as I am extremely selective when it comes to cosmetic dentistry. He is professional, kind, and completely honest regarding timeline and expected results. The clinic is very clean and staff is helpful and professional. The veneer placement was entirely painless, and the overall experience exceeded my highest expectations. read more

I don't know how one could miss the mark on white by mine are a dirty white with a grey tint! Horrible total rip off they look like old lady teeth the shapes are all wrong I gave pictures of what I wanted didn't listen to any of it ! They always take great care of me when I have had to repair or re-cement any of my veneers.

Couldn't be any happier with the staff and doctor. Truly felt like family in here. Been struggling with a true smile ever since I broke my permanent front tooth back in elementary school and 20 years later I can finally look in the mirror and truly be happy with everything I see. The staff and assistants were amazing but the true work came from the doctor. The front tooth is hard to get right when it comes to color matching and he did a phenomenal job. He had me come back multiples times just because it wasn't perfect enough to his liking which I appreciate a lot. Not a lot of doctors would put in that time effort. Thank you to the team at Simply Vaneers. Couldn't be any more happy with the final results. read more

Life changing is what comes to mind when I contemplate my experience with Dr. Zak, Jesse, and the staff at Simply Veneers. I am a 59 year old man who has 4 kids and an amazing wife of 28 years. My transformation is nothing short of miraculous, in my opinion. My early experience with dentistry was not good. I never had "white" teeth, so in my mind, I had no reason to take good care of them. I had a bridge put in place after I cracked a molar, and it eventually disintigrated in my mouth. The bridgework destroyed two good teeth in the process and looked so bad that I did not want to even open my mouth, much less smile. Over time, my teeth really began to deteriorate, as you can see from the picture. My health was being affected because I feared going to the dentist. I was referred to Simply Veneers by someone I met who had incredible looking teeth. I asked him where he went to get worked on. He said, "Dr. Zak is the best in the business", you have to call him at Simply Veneers. I am so glad I did exactly that. Jesse answered the phone when I called, and immediately, I felt good about this. I made the appointment and came in. I was super self-conscious. I was in Newport Beach at a cosmetic dentist, and I had not even seen a dentist in over 20 years, yikes! Jesse runs the office, and she is who you are greeted by when you arrive. She plays a vital role in my opinion. It was Jesse who kindly spoke with me and put me at ease. She gave me confidence that I could get this done. That was huge for me because I was pretty nervous. Then I met Dr. Zak. They call him "The Egyption Magician," haha! He truly is. There is not enough room here to explain to you how I feel about this man. He changed my life. He deeply cares about his patients. I did not know this man from adam. A complete stranger. Yet he cared for me as a family member. This is not common in this world today. Dr Zak is extremely talented, to be sure. My teeth are perfect and worth every penny I paid. What I will remember most is how special He and His entire staff are. What I will enjoy most is the rest of my life with beautiful, healthy white teeth and healthy gums. I take care of my teeth and gums now. The oral surgeon he uses is amazing as well. I experienced very little pain and had a great deal of work done. He is funny and he is very good with a needle. All of my work was done while I was awake. If you are considering having this work done, do it at Simply Veneers. It will change your life. I smile all the time now. People compliment me constantly on my teeth. Most of all, I am not afraid of dentists anymore. My mouth is healthy again, and I'm a new man. Thanks, just does not cover it. I will be forever grateful to these people. Sincerely, Greg read more

Dr Zak is simply the GOAT of porcelain veneers. I started my search months prior mostly reading reviews and looking at before/after pics of cosmetic dentists. I needed my 20+ yr old veneers redone. Dr Zak caught my attention because all he does is veneers. He isn't a general dentist that also dabbles in cosmetic dentistry. He uses only the finest material, best ceramists, and even warrantees his veneers. After meeting with him, I had plenty of confidence that my smile would be in good hands. He knows what makes a smile look natural, yet also listens intently to your preferences. I went through 2 trials of temporary veneers, and showed pictures of the style I preferred. He wasn't done until I was completely happy . I have the utmost praise for his professionalism, attention to detail, and careful work in making my smile something to be proud of for years to come. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Dr Zak! read more

I wanted to wait to write this review until I forgot the veneers were even in my mouth. I wanted a really natural restoration of what I already had. Too many years of TMJ and grinding my teeth made composting bonding not an option. I had really sensitive teeth so I was always hesitant about getting full on veneers. Dr Zak really knows what he's doing. Every option was explained to me really clearly. Even some I did not know existed like adding transparency for a more natural look. I went through two sets of temporaries. Each time we made little tweaks a were very accommodating, they were happy to send things back to the lab to make sure they were perfect. I experienced some sensitivity after my permanent veneers were bonded to my teeth. The simply veneers team were happy to see me for aftercare follow ups and final touches do my teeth. It's been about 4 months since I got my set of 10 upper veneers. I brush and floss them as if they were always my teeth. My bite lines up perfectly and I have no sensitivity. read more

I contacted Simply Veneers in search of a replacement veneer for a front tooth. The tooth was previously fitted with a veneer but was not matching other teeth due to a previous root canal procedure. GO SEE THIS MAN AND MAKE THE CHANGE YOU DESERVE. Absolutely one of the best decisions I've made in my life! I just got home from getting my temporaries placed and I'm so happy I started crying. Dr. Zak truly changed my life with this. He takes his time with you and he sincerely cares about his patients, which is a rarity these days. I saw other dentists for consultations that didn't take half the time or were very rude and Dr. Zak and his entire team is so warm and I knew I was in the right place. He is an artist, a perfectionist with the skill to execute his vision. If you have ever thought about bettering yourself, start with your smile. The more confidence you have, the more you will smile and you will find your whole life will change for the better. I cannot express my gratitude. A little about my background, I have struggled with eating disorders for over fifteen years. This along with chronic grinding left me with worn down teeth and bridges, crowns, root canals. My enamel was so thin on my front two teeth, you could see straight through and they began chipping. I felt like I had no control and it was a matter of time before they fell out. I rarely smiled and when I did it gave me anxiety and shame because of what I've done to myself. I decided to take control of my life and started bodybuilding to overcome my eating disorder but my smile was always a constant reminder of the damage I've done. Dr. Zak gave me a second chance at life and with this new confidence I can find the courage to keep fighting my battles. I can not recommend this place more or thank Dr. Zak and everyone at his office for their work. You truly save lives. I will update when I get the permanent veneers in a couple weeks!!!! read more

They're staff is really nice too, I had my 7 year old daughter with me, because school was cancelled, and they had coloring books and crayons, offered her lunch and everything. You never know picking any new professional these days to do work or especially fixing something that broke. Well I broke a veneer . I called a few places and everyone was all over the place with price. I put it off a day and in the am got a call from Jesse, an actual followup these days. Then she gave me a price point that were close to what I had expected and made an appointment . Jesse was very pleasant and took my info. Got to see the dentist Zac and his lovely assistants. Took x rays made molding I had broken a bottom front veneer in half and I was fitted with a temporary and was on my way. All in all a good experience and was going to be called when my new veneer came in. Came back for my new veneer and it went pretty good as well and I left but as I was getting into the car and looked in the mirror the veener was not a good fit. A little too thick in front and too wide at the bottom and short at the top and let Zac's office know. They Immediately reset a new appointment and we called my dentist who did this the first time got the right color and compound and they redid they molding. Zac took his time with and and we collocated together as the process went on as this is as much art as it is science. Fitted here some contouring there and I left with a veneer that looked like it has always been there . Thank you Jesse for the followup and Zac and his team for making this a good experience and making sure I was happy with the results. I am a professional and own a digital automotive e mag that competes in the world of Luxury autos, Jets, and Yachts. I go in to any professional hoping I get the best job possible. It doesn't alway happen these days. Zac is that nice exception you're going to get great work done. Again Thanks, Robert R. read more

I had my dental emergency on Saturday 7/25/20. A week before my wedding. I called numerous businesses for help with no answers. When I contacted Simply Veneers, Dr. Zak answered the phone and offered to address my situation in the office that day--Saturday! Dr. Zak customized each of my teeth to perfectly match the rest of my mouth in a flattering and symmetrical manner. The business even had a personal ceramicist who came in and hand painted the teeth to match the rest of my mouth. Not one thing was flawed. My smile is wedding ready with time to spare. I created a Yelp account just to share my experience with dr Zack and his staff, because I I usually don't write reviews. His level of professionalism exceeded all expectations. I been a patient for a years and had many problems with my teeth that he treated and put veneers. On the recent visit he noticed that the crown that he put years ago doesn't look perfect and redid it at no cost to me . It wasn't even visible to a naked eye ! He is not just a great dentist but also a good human being. I will recommend dr Zack to everyone read more

When I needed Veneers I was thankful to find Simply Veneers and Dr. Zak. I went for my in person consultation. and it was evident that things were different here from the initial virtual consultation to a team that works hard to give you a five star experience. I was given all the information I needed to feel confident and make a decision to proceed with the Veneers and I am so happy with the results! Dr. Zak is not only an exceptional dentist but he is also an artist with a discerning eye for color matching and how the veneers should look on your face. There was so much attentional to detail and it didn't go unnoticed by me. Paula, an artistic member of his team worked on the fabrication of the Veneers and making the color perfect! My Veneers and the color are absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend Dr. Zak and his team. Thank you for a 5 star experience!! read more

Thank you Dr. Zak!! Thank you Patty!! Thank you Jesse!! I'm extremely impressed at what a great experience it was! I found this place from all the rave reviews on internet. I took those recommendations and the fact that it's an extremely local and convenient location. From the first phone call I was greeted by a very sweet assistant who fit me in in 4 days rather then weeks to months away. The bonus at the end of call was her telling me it was a free consultation. Well! That in-itself was enough to look forward to coming in and feeling great about it. When I arrived I was greeted personally by Jess. You can't help but notice how beautiful she is and beautiful smile. I do think that makes a difference when being the face you first see. She's extremely sweet and was very helpful in the initial process of paperwork and bouncing opinions and treatments off of. When a mom came in with 2 young kids, she printed out coloring pages off her computer and passed out crayons to entertain them as their mom went in for treatment. I thought that was very sweet. The consultation absolutely wonderful and I very well informed. Dr. Zak is awesome! He has a great personality, demeanor, and wit. He goes through numerous ways to treat, with a very easy to comprehensive way of speaking. I loved and appreciated that he had options and never once forced a single thing on me or tried to route me just one way. He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. A huge plus was I never mentioned anything about my financial situation going in and yet he was always looking out and offering me options. He was making it clear he wants to do a treatment plan that won't unnecessarily gouge me or try to upsell more work. It was very reassuring. What I also appreciated there that he wasn't rushing through the appointment consultation to get to the next. While I had a lot to absorb due to needing 2 different dental situations including a surgery, he stayed until I got it. Let's not forget Patty. She is the Dr. Zak's assistant. Patty is very friendly, sweet, and (pretty as well!) She took the photos, X-rays, the impressions, etc.. She was so sweet and extremely gentle. This is not usually the norm when dealing with impressions and instruments constantly being used in mouthy. She was also extremely helpful while Dr. Zak was explaining the dental options and how it works. Again I was very impressed. I highly recommend booking a consultation with them and seeing for yourself. If you are even considering dental work whether cosmetic or surgery like I need stop here! read more

The staff and Dr. Zak are all very welcoming and they make you feel very comfortable. Everybody is very friendly; it hardly feels like a trip to the dentist. Nothing is rushed. You get exactly what you want, and sometimes more. Dr. Zak is very friendly and enunciates everything clearly. Whatever he is about to do to you, he will explain in detail why it is necessary and why he is doing it the way he does. He will be more than happy to explain other options if you are interested (which, I was). Your best interests are his priority, and I feel like that is super important, especially because there are so many dentists out there who are trying to just take your money without actually looking out for you. He treats you like family-- honestly, he is the dentist you are looking for if you want a beautiful smile without any discomfort or feeling self conscious. read more

I cannot recommend Simply Veneers enough. If you are reading this, you probably consider having cosmetic dental work done. Dr. Zak should be on your list to have a consultation with. I guarantee he will win your business, and here's why: I knew this was the place from the moment Jesse answered my original phone call. The level of professionalism conveyed by Jesse on the phone was unparalleled. She listened to my concerns and happily recommended Dr. Zak for questions beyond her scope. When I arrived, I noticed the office was fit for one patient by design. A consultation with Dr. Zak is you receiving 100% attention from him and the entire staff. (This experience was entirely unlike other consultations I've had with other dentists, where I felt rushed, unimportant, and unaware of what my results could look like. One should not feel this way when considering anything cosmetic on their face and paying a decent amount of money.) Dr. Zak is so friendly and very approachable. I felt as if I was related to him by the level of treatment I received from him. As he does with all his patients, he prepared a PowerPoint presentation for me educating me on cosmetic dentistry, the solutions he can provide, the work he has done, and more. This was very informative and helped me understand the process. Mind you, the entire staff was in the room and added their professional opinions and what role they would be participating in the process. After the presentation, he answered me honestly about what he could do for my smile. My case was complex as I am a patient with a cleft palate and a smile not fully corrected by an orthodontist. (To give you an idea - my top front teeth weren't centered, I had a gap between the two and the entire left side ascending up towards my molars.) Dr. Zak had his work cut out for him. My bottom row of teeth wasn't of my concern. What I appreciated about Dr. Zak was he kept saying, "if you were my son..." I did not feel he was trying to swindle me, a common practice among other dentists. He listened to my concerns and gave me a realistic idea of what my smile could look like with the FREE Smile Tryout. For the first time, I saw an idea of what my teeth could look like. I was already in awe because I'd never been remotely happy with my smile. Price was one of my most significant points of concern. Due to his level of expertise and other various factors, I knew Dr. Zak might be a little more expensive than other dentists. Dr. Zak explained to me cosmetic dentistry is an art. Sure, you may pay less at another dentist, but will you be happy with their art? He told me many of his patients are patients from other dentists who were unhappy with the art they received. Now, those patients are out double the money because they must pay again for a new set of veneers--something to keep in mind. I finally reasoned with myself that this is something cosmetic going on my face, arguably one of the most important/noticeable features on my entire body. Do not bargain on a procedure that you, as well as others, are going to see every day for the rest of your life. Invest in yourself with a smile that you are going to love! Dr. Zak had a variety of payment options that made this transformation affordable. I was realistic about my smile not being a 10/10 due to the complexity of my case. Dr. Zak reassured me that he would not seat the veneers if I did not love them. However, Dr. Zak went way above and beyond what I thought was possible. I wanted my veneers to look realistic, and that is exactly how they turned out. I nearly cried when I first saw my new smile; they look beautiful. Dr. Zak grew excited with me and said, "is it better or perfect!" People are shocked when I tell them they are veneers. Dr. Zak is a true artist! I now feel so confident! I used to be embarrassed when I smiled as well as when I spoke and laughed to the point that I used to cover my mouth. Now, I am excited to show off my smile! I used to receive compliments but never about my smile. Now, all I get are compliments about my smile! To say that I am happy with my smile is an understatement. Anytime I am in his shopping center, I always stop in and say hi to Dr. Zak, Jesse, and the rest of his staff. They will all be friends for life as they all helped change my life by giving me the confidence I deserve in my smile. I sincerely cannot recommend Dr. Zak, his business, and his staff enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! P.S. I have a phobia of needles, and Dr. Zak did everything to accommodate me. I did not feel the needle. He has truly mastered dentistry! read more
