There are 3 cozy chairs and a cute wall clock in the waiting area. There is only ONE patient chair so you really get a personal experience with the hygienist and doctor. You won't be put in a dentist chair and stuck waiting for someone to come in like at other offices! The chair itself is also really comfy with a scooped headrest. I love that they clean teeth with distilled water- it's really necessary when working in such a vulnerable part of the body! I don't remember my hygienist's name, but she was honestly the sweetest, most caring, and gentle person. She explained everything before doing it and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Dr. Ha also referred me to an orthodontist because I do need braces I clench a lot and my teeth have gapped . I called the orthodontist he recommended and have an appointment next week. They were booked pretty far out, but they were kind enough to text me as soon as they had a cancellation so I could come in sooner. That meant a lot to me. Many more than I care to admit. I can't say where my dental stress/anxiety stemmed from exactly or how it got to the point of avoiding routine visits, but it did--to the point that I felt physically ill going into my first appt with Dr. Taylor a few months ago, but I had no choice, because I ended up with a very painful, swollen spot on my gums and knew I needed to get everything taken care of finally. From that first visit with Dr. Taylor and her assistant, Stephanie, my stress decreased immensely, visit by visit. Stephanie is warm, calm, and kind. Dr. Taylor is incredibly energetic and chipper--in the best way. She told me numerous times that I'd be just fine...I just needed to get everything squared away and I'd be as good as new. She never once made me feel guilty or ashamed of the amount of work I needed done or how it got to that point. She never lectured me--I'm an adult, and I knew what I should have been doing, but I just wasn't mentally/emotionally able for a period of time, and I think the lectures were exactly what I was dreading, so I was grateful that they never came. Every time, she would just casually and cheerfully remind me that they were glad I was there, and that everything I needed done was no big deal; that I'd be just fine once it was taken care of. I didn't really believe her at first, I'll be honest. I thought I had created so much damage with my lack of care, that there was no way my mouth would ever feel normal again. Turns out, she knows what she's doing, and she was right. A deep cleaning to deal with my initial issues, 2 root canals (one done by Dr. Taylor and one referred out), 2 crowns, and a bunch of fillings later, I absolutely feel normal again--better than normal. I still need my wisdom teeth out at some point, but I feel mentally able to conquer that after all my "practice" here. I also now look forward to the point when I can start Invisalign (where I previously avoided it my entire adult life because I would do anything to avoid additional dental work if I could). I'm so thankful to have found this office, and I feel confident I can keep up with everything from here on out with their help, and that's such a relief! Many, many thanks!

Red: Resin edges are chipping, lifted above the tooth, with an irregular border. Green: Tooth anatomy/contour is incorrect and appears concave. Purple: The corner of my natural tooth chipped and is sensitive. This area appears overprocessed during the procedure. I am now seeking evaluation from a 30+ year experienced dentist specializing in biomimetic dentistry to assess the work and determine the appropriate correction. To me, this looks and feels like a rushed, botched job. I was told the sensitivity was "normal," but this was never explained beforehand. Sadly, I now have to have my five teeth reevaluated and fixed by another specialist in New York. Beware. If you have healthy natural teeth, think twice before altering them. I wish I had never come here. Update to DDS Yazdan : 09/04/26 I am not using my review as leverage. I consider this practice unprofessional and unethical. I am sharing my genuine, real-life experience as a patient. The issue is not Invisalign--I never received Invisalign. The issue is what happened to my tooth during the ICON resin treatment and the fact that I no longer trust your team to provide additional treatment, incomplete services not rendered. My review is based on my experience, and I have every right to share it. My tooth was damaged during the ICON resin treatment, and teeth do not grow back. This is a permanent change that I have to live with. You advertise conservative treatment, yet this was my experience. Based on what happened, I feel that the way this service was represented to me was misleading. Don't just take my word for it. Read the other one-star reviews and make your own informed decision. After reading the experiences of other patients, I noticed similarities between their concerns and my own experience. I honestly wish I had taken the time to read and learn from real-life patient experiences before choosing this practice. If I had seen these reviews beforehand, I would have thought twice before becoming a patient here.
