My husband called to make an appointment and was told to walk in; the next day he called to ask what time he should come in and they said to come at 5pm. We were shocked because she hung up without making an appointment or even writing down his name or number. I went ahead and called myself to see if there was something available earlier. I called and was told that there was no appointments available because it was too busy. When we came in at 5pm, we were surcharged an extra $4 each person, what for? I'm not really sure to be honest. The massage itself was 7/10 for me! However, my husband was in pain after the massage and felt like it was too much/no movement just pushing down. The next day he was very sore. My massage could have used a little more oil and it felt like it was too dry, rubbing against my skin. The ladies were very nice, but wish it was a little more comfortable. When one person would come in the store the doorbell would ring and the massage lady would leave in the middle of the massage; felt rushed too as they both kept looking at the clock for time to be up. They also consistently talked while the massage 60% of the time so I felt like they were definitely judging. I don't think I'll be back, glad I got to try it though.

I was very excited to try this place and wanted to love it. I had a great massage however the…read morereason I gave this place 2 starts are: 1. Secretary was not wearing mask when I walked in. I also had an appointment so there was no reason to not be wearing a mask knowing someone is arriving. 2. I asked for a deep massage over the phone. When I got to the register, I was paying $100 for a 90 min The girl told me I was getting a Christmas discount but $100 is the written price... This escalated obviously. Apparently I got some kind of special massage that cost more and was not advertised on the wall. 3. There was a few weird parts of the conversation which made me feel uncomfortable. They were reluctant to tell me how much the christmas discount was. And I clearly am paying off sheet pricing here so I wanted to know how much it would be if I choose to come again.. I kept asking and they kept asking me back "you massages so you know" and I kept replying with "this is my first time here so I don't know" after the 6th time of going in this circle I told them I budget everything and need to know if the next time this is going to be $140, $150 or $160 and I needed to know because the pricing for that guy were not listed on the wall.. Then they finally told me it was just $15 discount and that I was getting a good deal because him and the co-owner work with "very hot people" and the price is high... what ever the fuck that means... so next time my deep tissue will be $115, not 100 like everyone else pays 4. Other weird thing said in his speech was that you could come to that massage place with a problem with your leg or neck and its better than the hospital... I think I know what he was trying to get at - odd though I go to a thai massage place out of town and it's $65 for 90mins... This place is over priced. They do not dim the lights nor do they have a heated bed or give you hot stones. I paid $100 - regularly $115 (however the pricing on the wall says this is $100) for a deep tissue massage through a blanket with no lotion or oil used at all. It was 90 mins and he only worked my upper body. I would not be as put off of the pricing that I was charged was listed on the wall.
