I called back and had to drive all the way back to the salon, we all know what gas cost, and then played dumb about what she did. REALLY!!! Now that my stupid hair cutis growing out. It looks really really really bad the bangs are so bad that even cutting them off would make it look like a boy hair cut. If she would have come cleaned and said to me I'm sorry I needed up when it starts to grow out please come back and I will keep fixing it and let me give your money back. They gladly took the time on the phone to understand what my wife wanted done and made the appointment for her nails and makeup. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly at the door and served promptly by Kayla who did a fantastic job. While there, we received offers of coffee, water, tea and hot cocoa. They certainly understand the customer experience. Since I hadn't planned for a French manicure myself, I inquired about getting a haircut while I waited. A short time later I found myself in the chair and hands of the uber-capable Sherri. Along with a great sense of humor, she deftly maneuvered the scissors and clippers around my noggin - resulting in a great haircut. And after the cut she gave my (now shorter) locks another rinse to avoid an itch from any pesky little hairs - followed by a styling. That's what I call going the extra mile.

I just did roots and a haircut but it came out fab, and the shampoo was lovely and relaxing as well. The salon is very pretty inside and out. The inside is boisterous but not in an obscene way- you can just tell that the girls enjoy working there and their clients enjoy being there.
