I don't know how she did it- but the waxing itself didn't hurt, and I wasn't left with what normally looks like hot pink eyeshadow. On top of all, she is super cool, played awesome music and had me in and out! Along with the waxing, Jade, the salon owner, has been doing my hair for a few years now. She always leaves my hair looking so amazing and feeling/looking healthier than ever. From the hair treatments, to the color and cut, to the styling, she does a great job and makes 4 hours feel like 45 minutes. Jade is a great conversationalist and I always have the most fun. Usually gel lasts for me at least for 2 weeks. I missed the pedicure appointment which was a week later after my manicure. I requested to reschedule and I am still waiting for it. I wonder if I would ever get it now. Lot of steps were missed while manicure like removing cuticles, giving little extra time for gel to chip off by itself before filling or no hand massage with cream at end. I had to ask every time for it. Since it was Groupon deal, my Groupon voucher shows used with manicure and which included pedicure too without using pedicure service.
