They haven taken on way too many patients to properly care for. One physician and a multitude of assistants. If I'm taking off work, I'd like to see an MD to get it correct the first time instead of having to make multiple trips all while still being charged to see a medical doctor. The nurse practitioner I am seeing is fine. It's the office staff that is AWFUL to deal with. I travel coast to coast for work along with taking care of a 400 head livestock farm My medication script was not at the pharmacy to be filled when it was supposed to be, so I called because I had to leave for a week that same day. She told me she would ask the doctor to write it that EVENING! I did not have time to wait that long as I expressed to her on the phone, what did the nurse do, didn't get the script to the pharmacy that day, waited until the NEXT DAY as it was already too late I had to leave for work. So now I'm on this week long work trip without my medication and it felt like to me she did this intentionally because I was calling the office asking where my script was that was supposed to be at the pharmacy the week prior. I am highly disappointed in this office because it was never this way when I was seeing Dr. Poplin. This is not the way a medical office should be working. read more

Megan Brock isn't even an NP let alone a Doctor, she's a "Physician's Assistant". She's not "comfortable" prescribing a low dose of anxiety medication. She's very incompetent and second guesses herself. I had stopped seeing a medication specialist because they had me on all sorts of things I didn't need. I weaned myself off all of it because the medication specialist I was seeing wasn't helping me and was rude. I explained this to Megan once I began seeing her and today she attempted to throw that in my face stating that I stopped seeing the specialist because she was "mean" to me and said it arrogantly. I don't care who the patient is, if I stop seeing a provider because they are rude and unprofessional and not treating me with respect then you don't get to throw that in my face as if I'm doctor shopping. It's so funny, because ever since I've tried to start getting away and now off of medications, providers have started treating me terribly! read more
