The entire experience was a nightmare!! The first one was "a failure". Ok fine, it had to come out & a new one put in. It literally took months for everything to heal in between visits & what not. I was due for a follow-up in October of 2020, in the heat of Covid. Allegedly I missed this appointment. In December of 2020 I, along with my family, contracted Covid. I was hospitalized & on oxygen. Christmas Eve, 2020, my mother passed from Covid. My father was hospitalized for 3 months, then released in my care due to dementia. Allegedly I missed another appointment in January of 2021 while I was healing & grieving the death of my mother. Fast forward to today, the implant is giving me issues. It's tender, sore & I was told by my dentist that there's some bone loss. I call Dr. Sindoni's office to get back in there to see what's going on & I'm informed by STEPHANIE, that I'm a "non-compliant" patient for allegedly no-showing at my previous appointments. I explained to her what happened & where my life, head & heart were at the time & she didn't care! All she kept saying was that I was non-compliant. Kendra, Hannah, Leah, Dr Nigalye.. etc. The office is beautiful and clean. Modern and homey. Bathroom is clean and comfortable as well. A menu with choice of Refreshments are even available. The exam chairs were shaped/designed to support your back when lying down. I thought about bringing a pillow for under the knee support for day of surgery but of course I forgot.... good thing I didn't have to. As soon as I saw the chair and sat back in it, I was relieved knowing I wouldn't wake up with my mouth AND back in pain. After surgery, I was sent home with a care package that included: ice cream, a wrap around the head ice pack (life saver and is typically $15 on amazon), chapstick, electrolyte water packets, hand lotion, tea, oatmeal, applesauce, syringes of aftercare gel, several papers with instructions to get you through recovery and I think a few more items Im probably forgetting. My friends & family all said they have never received a care package from where they went for the same procedure.... i was also safely walked all the way out to my husbands truck by a staff member. This office truly goes above and beyond. 2 days after my surgery, the office called to check on me and I thought that was very nice, too. Overall, I cant say enough good about my experience here. Surgeon is extremely rude and does not answer any questions you may have prior to the surgery. I have a heart condition so it was important for me to go in and ask questions as i needed clearance from the cardiologist to even get my wisdom teeth out. However the surgeon ignored them and pushed me out of the constellation. When getting my wisdom teeth removed i had anxiety- as any one does getting them out. He threaten to not do them for me and began packing his things out of the room to leave. LESS THAN 3 minutes of even taking me back there. I am only 23 and expressed multiple times i have anxiety which none of them seemed to believe. Every person there looked at me like i was crazy.
