I was promptly greeted by Abdul and immediately felt welcomed. Abdul was a true pleasure to deal with. While he had a jacket in stock that fit perfectly, he had to order pants and advised he would call when they arrived. The following week I returned to the store and tried on the pants. Abdul took measurements and made the adjustments right on the spot so as I could avoid another two hour trip to come back and pick them up. Abdul sets the bar for customer service. Super nice, personable and very good at what he does. And to top it all off, the price cant be touched by anyone. I simply cannot speak highly enough of Abdul and his business. Thank you Abdul for such a wonderful shopping experience. In today's world, customer service like yours is hard to find.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the lovely Ms. B! Initially I knew that in order to get my outfit put together I was going to have to start with the shoes. Once I made my choice (royal blue), Ms B. perfectly hand selected a snug fit pair of Vinci black slacks (that were tailored way faster than the time they gave me)! Mr. Billy's expertise in fitting length allowed me to have the confidence of a perfect fit once he reassured what the new length would be. Afterwards he directed me to a heaven sent stylist by the name of DANNY! This man is of GOD! He instantly visualized and put together what would complete my outfit. A beautiful royal blue button down that fit exactly to my frame, a beautiful black hat that was exactly the size for me, and to top it all off he provided me with the most classy royal blue matching socks. IF YOU ARE A MALE IN NEED TO DRESS TO IMPRESS, THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO GO! Thank you to the entire team. I am now a FOREVER CUSTOMER!

Shopping in this store the customer service is often phenomenal from my experience each and every time. This morning I had went in seeking a new pair of Levi's and I knew that they were on-sale and yes there were many and I found easily what I was looking for after asking for help finding where this section in the store was. When I went to pay I could not find a register a sales associate named "Sameth Klawansky" had quickly helped me. She was so kind and had a sweet conversation with me. She told me ways to save and we talked about some other thing's. She had been saying that she worked for Macy's for 13 years and her co worker was there for 33. It turned out to be a nice visit shopping at the store today. My jeans were on sale and definitely a great value! People are always thinking Macy's is pricey, maybe it's all relative but for what they offer I don't think so and with sales and promo codes you can make out really well. Everything in the store is in a sealed flap casing and has a sticker on it which doesn't allow you to look at the album. They are grading the album but not the sleeve which seems odd and they are using trading like VG++??? All CDs are priced at 4.99 or 5 for $20 except the ones that are "more rare."
