I was promptly greeted by Abdul and immediately felt welcomed. Abdul was a true pleasure to deal with. While he had a jacket in stock that fit perfectly, he had to order pants and advised he would call when they arrived.The following week I returned to the store and tried on the pants. Abdul took measurements and made the adjustments right on the spot so as I could avoid another two hour trip to come back and pick them up. Abdul sets the bar for customer service. Super nice, personable and very good at what he does. And to top it all off, the price cant be touched by anyone. I simply cannot speak highly enough of Abdul and his business. Shopping in this store the customer service is often phenomenal from my experience each and every time. This morning I had went in seeking a new pair of Levi's and I knew that they were on-sale and yes there were many and I found easily what I was looking for after asking for help finding where this section in the store was. When I went to pay I could not find a register a sales associate named "Sameth Klawansky" had quickly helped me. She was so kind and had a sweet conversation with me. She told me ways to save and we talked about some other thing's. She had been saying that she worked for Macy's for 13 years and her co worker was there for 33. It turned out to be a nice visit shopping at the store today. My jeans were on sale and definitely a great value! People are always thinking Macy's is pricey, maybe it's all relative but for what they offer I don't think so and with sales and promo codes you can make out really well. There were alot of long stained carpets, and dinged up shelving, in a way Macys never would have allowed years ago. I expect that from the second line type places that come in after the major chains leave, but was surprised to see it in an establishment that one would think takes itself seriously. There seemed to be enough staff.

I ended up buying an old cd that most stores wouldn't have any idea what it was. Next trip I'll bring in some of my used media. Everything in the store is in a sealed flap casing and has a sticker on it which doesn't allow you to look at the album. They are grading the album but not the sleeve which seems odd and they are using trading like VG++??? All CDs are priced at 4.99 or 5 for $20 except the ones that are "more rare." The prices seem to be quite a bit higher than most other shops I have been to (and that's a lot) plus Discogs. To be honest I am not sure where they are getting their listing price and I probably won't be back.

Because here are tears more towards young men that are looking for vibrant, flashy clothes. Please leave your conservative sense of fashion at the door and come in and check out these clothes that are fun and definitely quite a few steps from conservative. They made thoughtful recommendations, and even went above and beyond to find a jacket he liked at another location since this location didn't have it in stock. I already left a comment card for for the management, but I just want to say again how fabulous Nick and Nicole were during the whole experience. Seriously, buy them a coffee or something. :)
