My daughter loves this store. Its the only place she asks for giftcards from. The co-manager Genevieve is so helpful and kind. I managed to walk out with 4 pairs of holiday earrings for $20! The store is clean and she even told me that it is double points this week, so my daughter can earn store credit just by shopping there. We have not had a single bored disinterested store representative that looks up from their phone as if you are a bother. They understand customer service. We will be shopping there again. read more

I like shopping when Geneviève is working because she puts in extra effort to help me find things, from clothes to earrings to purses. She asks if I am shopping for a special event, asks what style and type of item I am looking for, and shows me what they have that meets my needs. Often she finds something for me that is outside my description but is just perfect! Though it's a chain everywhere, once in a while I'll score and this visit, I came away with a flannel little crop shirt in a size small for only $20. The shop is laid out well and organized by color and style and the prices are agárrate right here. A bit teeny bopper but noticeable nothing g wrong with that, shawarma a fun browse. I am so happy that Francesca's came to SLO! their store has a small boutique-feel, but generally affordable prices. They always have deals going on so it is worth it to me! When I came in today I was greeted by a friendly employee named Ariana and she helped me find a shirt I saw online. She was super helpful and even took down the mannequin to get the last shirt of that style for me! She set up my dressing room right away so I didn't have to carry around my items to try on. The store is always clean and stocked with new items. I love that they keep up with the current styles and colors for each season. Besides clothing, they have a wide selection of jewelry, accessories, and even little fun gifts. I am never bored when I come into the store because there are so many cute tables to look at. I have spent so much money over the years at Francesca's, online & in store, I love their stuff! It kills me that the majority of the times I have walked into any of their stores that NOT ONE sales associate will even say hi to me! Wow!! I guess cause I'm not a size 0, college aged woman, that's why ( I do appear to be in my 30s, I guess that's too old for this store). How do they know I'm not shopping for my daughter? Don't get it. I went into this store at 7:15 on 1/9/19, the sales girl was so helpful (giving this & that discount) to a college aged girl. I'm sure I have WAY MORE MONEY to spend than her. This place has a lot of cute, stylish clothes, accessories, and gifts for young women for any occasion. The colors are very simple with pinks, white, wine/maroon reds, blues, and more. The girls working there are very nice and attentive. They don't follow you around, and pressure you to buy something like some other boutiques do. I was looking for a dress for graduation, and found one at their sale section had some that was ~50% off the normal price! I had to return an item after it broke of only having it for 2 weeks. Luckily they had the same item in storage so I could exchange it. But for some reason, I ended up getting charged a second time for the same item I already purchased because it wasn't on the discounted sale price of the same time I bought it prior. I ended up getting charged $6 extra from my original $22 price on a item that I had owned for 2 weeks and oddly just snapped while I was typing on the computer. Still kinda confused why I got charged for the same item twice but o well. Liked this store a lot but not sure I'll be going back. read more
