Went here because they were the only place open last minute for a massage and my experience was…read moreterrible. The atmosphere of the spa is terrifying. In a basement with very low-lighting and little windows. Went in for a couples massage and we had to go one after the other. They said because they didn't have two masseuses the price would be discounted but we ended up paying more than the listed price on the door. The massage experiences was terrible as well. The lady walked in on me while changing and didn't leave the room and watched me change. I got on the bed with a towel and underwear on and she ripped the towel and underwear off of my body. She never asked before hand if I was comfortable with this and I was extremely nervous. The masseuse got ON TOP of the bed with me and straddled my naked body with her legs and i was very uncomfortable. I was never asked for a massage preference and it was very rough and unpleasant. When leaving a tip for the receipt the lady was very weird about me signing it. I attempted to pick the receipt up to look at it and she kept her hand pressed on it so she could watch me write the number for a tip. I tipped very well. As soon as I was done she took the paper and examined it and looked at me like I had not tipped enough. EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

So easy to talk to and I emailed about gift certificates and when I arrived, they had them already done and waiting for me, that was such great service. I really cannot express how polite they all are. Now the gym itself has so much to offer from classes to massages, to health help and of course workout machines and equipment. I haven't even scratched the surface on how much they have. I told my son, I want to take a few days and go through and use each one, just to see what else we can incorporate into our workout routine. There is a small smoothie cafe in the front and they're not open 24 hrs, but if that is something you're looking for, give that a try. They have an upstairs as well that offer more machines and workout space. They offer a large woman (I'm sure men's too) restroom with a shower. They have lockers too, if that is something you need. Overall, this is a very clean and nice gym to go to.

Carrie is a wonderful, gentle nail technician and a great conversationalist. She's an artist with the polish, too. I hesitate to give such a glowing review because there are too few people in the area giving decent salon-caliber manis and pedis, and she is already in high demand!
