Decided to give this place a try for breakfast as it was just up the road from where we were staying. WOW!!! So many amazing pastries to choose from. My wife and I both loved the quiche Lorraine. Stumbled upon this place. Shop front signage says it's the original owners of Dinky Di pies. Has quite a big range of pastries and bread. The staff are eager to be of assistance by answering at questions. Being an artisan bakery, everything is made on the premises. Great coffee and authentic French pastries and cakes made on the premises by a master chef. I bought a tray of fruit pastries for a meeting at work - apricot, apple & cherry,and haven't had better, even in Paris. These would be the best French pastries you could buy in the Eastern suburbs. Incredible!!! Seriously. The selection of sandwiches, pastries, bread and dessert is very extensive and everything is soo so good. I got the French Classic sandwich, which was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Mocha tasted like real chocolate and I couldn't get myself to pace through drinking it. The chocolate croissant was amazing as well. As a French citizen and waiter in a high end French restaurant, I was very impressed by the authenticity of everything. The owner, a French man came out and asked us how our food was, super nice guy. 100% recommend. Merci x1000!! read more
