The map looks amazing now and I love how good it looks on my wall!
Joash O.

I got a large canvas world map for Christmas and wanted to get the map stretched over a frame. I was nervous about getting the right frame shop because I really didn't want to mess up my map. I called a bunch of spots but only Framin had the customer service and experience to help me understand over the phone what they were going to do to my map. That made me feel comfortable enough to drive on over and get a quote. It was $140 bucks to get a 43"x27" map. Totally worth it for the value I got. They were even able to put a cork board underneath so I could put pins in the map. It was so cool! My wall looks amazing now thanks to Framin Works! So cool!

Framed Captain America Shield signed by Roger Staubach with lights off and tv on.

I have used Framin Works multiple times now. Alan and crew are simply the best framers in the Phoenix Metro Area for your artwork. I mostly do original theatrical posters signed by celebrities, original animated cels, and signed records. I constantly see on their Instagram and Facebook page even fantastic frame jobs and designs of others' work on extremely complicated/difficult projects. I finally had one of those projects myself. A signed Captain America Shield with Captain America remark by Roger Staubach. The maker of the Staubach vinyl print just asked me to find a framer in my area who can make a custom Shadowbox before he sold it to me cause he doesn't have one in his area willing to take one on with that depth at a 30"x40". Told him no problem called Alan's staff they said no issue. Came in with everything we walked through it together and what you see here is the finished product with TruVue Optimum it doesn't even look like the plexi is there. Got home never seen a ZBar in my life called them up and Alan's staff walked me through the process of how it works. You can't put a price on a good service thanks Alan and team.

Cockatoos

I love the job these guys did framing my beloved cockatoo picture. They took the time to select the right frame and gave me their honest opinion that the picture didn't need matting or anything else. I think it looks great! I love that they used some protective glass as well so the cockatoos continue to look lovely for years to come.

Great customer service and excellent work. Will definitely go back. Everything looks great!!!

Here's an example of one I had them frame. They even made sure the signature & authentication were noted on the back.

They are excellent. Very easy to pick out what works best for the pieces I needed framed because they have everything you could imagine. I will be bringing all of my framing projects to them. It always feels good to support a local business like Framin' Works.

These guys are amazing!!! I brought in a Nagel piece that the glass had broken during the move. I was originally going to just replace the glass but after seeing the options I had to bring the frame back to life. Josh was amazing at showing me the different matting options. Everything that he pulled out was enhancing what the art had to offer. I settled pretty quickly on my choices and headed out for the two week wait....... And yet again these guys came through in just over a week with my newly framed piece. I've falling in love with this art piece again. Thank you!!

Three prints excellently framed and hung by Framin' Works.

Nick from Framin' Works did an excellent job. He offered excellent suggestions on framing I needed for a few prints, which were both reasonable in price and looked great. Excellent contact throughout the whole process, and the job was done sooner than expected. They even fully accommodated my unusual request for a long wire for hanging. I'll definitely be coming back to Framin' Works for any future work I need done.

25" x 45" bathroom tile

For years I went to Nick's Frame Shop, and when he retired, I tried Framin' Works. Now I take all my pieces there and have been super happy with the results. They really listen to what I envision, and make excellent suggestions! And they are ok with working outside the box. For instance, I brought in a huge mirror and an even larger frame, and they were able to cut the frame down and make it work. I then brought in a 25 pound piece of porcelain tile and they framed it beautifully and used a Z-bar to ensure it would stay on the wall. On my last visit, I said I just wanted a cheapy frame and no mat, and they found something perfect in their "oopsie and ovals" pile. I've also had them frame more traditional posters, prints, and some needlework. All fantastic.

New frame by Framin' Works - after!

SO glad I found Framin' Works! I brought in a vintage needlepoint with a lot of sentimental value and Gabriel was extremely patient and accommodating in figuring out the best way to update the look of the piece while keeping a reasonable budget (he picked some great leftover framing options and I went with one of those). I had been nervous about leaving such a sentimental piece with a framer, but felt 100% confident and comfortable here. Gabriel estimated it would take a week and a half and it was done sooner. I was stunned by the quality and so so happy with the look! I had to post before and afters -- it's incredible what the right frame can do!

Ask the Community - Framin' Works

Do you do large canvas prints? I have a picture I want to make a 50" x 35" canvas piece for my wall Beth

Yes stretching a canvas that size is not an issue for us. It takes about 2 weeks and would cost about $480

Can I send you my photo and you frame it for me and deliver it?

yes, you can email or snail mail your phototo us and yes, we can deliver it to you. However there is a fee for delivery.

I recently had a large canvas (59" x 75") that needed to be stretched onto a gallery-style frame,…read moreand I visited four different framing companies to get quotes. Among them, Affordable Framing in Tempe stood out by a mile, thanks to Kirtis, the owner. From the moment I walked in, Kirtis was incredibly knowledgeable yet personable with a sense of humor to match my own. He was honest and straightforward, taking the time to explain how the costs aligned with the steps needed to complete my project. His genuine interest in my portrait was evident, and it made the entire experience feel personalized and trustworthy. Not only was his quote lower than most of the other companies, but he also completed the project in half the time others had projected. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. I already have several future framing projects in mind, and I know exactly where I'll be going -- directly to Affordable Framing. No more wasting time shopping around across Phoenix. The best work always comes from someone who takes the time to understand their customers and asks the right questions to ensure the scope of work matches their needs. I couldn't be happier with how this project turned out. It's now the centerpiece of my entryway, and everyone who visits is talking about it. I'm thrilled with the outcome and grateful for the exceptional service I received. I'm happy to share the completed piece below -- I'm still blown away!

This shop is under new ownership and isn't as good anymore. I have had many items framed there…read moreover the years but my most recent experience with the new owners was not too great. 1. I took a large print to be rematted. The new owner tried to sell me everything he had, such as a new frame (because this one has a scratch), new glass (because this one glares), triple matting (which I went for). I just felt like I was the subject of too much selling. It wasn't pleasant. 2. I requested to have the print delivered and hung. The owner said he knew a company who could do that and we agreed on a specific date. On the morning of that date, I called to find out when the person would be coming. The owner: "Oh, I was going to call you. That company doesn't return phone calls." I wonder if he really was planning to call me because in the two week period between order and delivery date, he never did. Needless to say, the picture didn't get delivered or hung that day. The owner did set me up with another company who delivered it, hung it and did a fine job. But I think I will find a new frame shop.
