This studio mainly offers a "Hot Yoga Class" & does the same 26 poses every time-- I tried different instructors & it seems they all follow a script. When the class begins it seems innocent, a little sweaty and the instructor starts off easy. By the end of class I was dripping like I walked through the splash zone of an amusement park. The word 'hot' in hot yoga is an understatement. I'm pretty sure hell is only a few degrees higher. I knew I could leave at any time but momma didn't raise a quitter. I made it through! My body felt rejuvenated compared to its normal self, but I can't put myself through that heat again. Wow, that was HOT.

I signed up for a trial and loved it! Svetlana is an attentive and knowledgeable teacher. The class sizes are very small and she takes the time to make sure everyone is getting the most out of the classes. She varies the class from week to week and makes use of all the various props. I always leave feeling great! I mostly take the pilates mat classes but have also enjoyed taking the PiYo classes. The class prices are extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this studio for pilates and other aerobic style classes.

Laurel location does not have pickleball courts. Only a basketball court with lines everywhere and rolling nets. Luckily I was able to stop at the Princeton location after work, if not for that I probably would've cancelled right away. Why does this location not have real pickleball courts and hardly any open play times?? 2. The gym is mediocre at best. Half of the space is dedicated for their strength training classes, so at busy hours, good luck finding a rack, especially one with a mirror in front of it. 3. They also don't have a turf area, or any sort of soft surface. It is all hardwood. 4. Half of the machines are very old, especially the cable machines Also, their business tactics are shady in general. When going to sign up online, my only option for membership was "the signature" so I assumed that is all they had. Turns out after 5 months I realized they have a standard membership that is slightly cheaper, but is not marketed anyhwere because they want you to pay up for the signature. So I was paying around $414 a month for x2 people to get subpar basically everything.
