I've been a member for over a year and I would not have made it through quarantine without them…read more They offer all types of classes for all levels both in studio and through zoom. The teachers are amazing. They have a sister studio in Mullica Hill called Fitness Yoga. I would highly recommend both studios.

I have been trying to get into a yoga class for the last few weeks and today was it. I committed…read moreto doing it, went online, found a location close to where I would be working today & signed up as a drop in. I have never ever taken a yoga class before so I signed up for a beginner class and I honestly don't know what I thought it was going to be.....but this wasn't it. First, I couldn't find the place. The gps kept saying arrived - but I didn't believe it because it kept taking me to a shopping center. I saw Kohl's, PetSmart and BurgerKing - no way would there be a yoga studio here. But there it was right next to the Spirit Halloween store with a sign as big as day. Ok so all that farting around looking for the place made me late. I walked in literally 3 minutes before the class started. I ran into a young woman who asked if she could assist me. After explaining that I was there for my first class and apologizing for walking in at the zero hour she told me she was the instructor and that she would wait for me while I changed. Ok - so far, so good. (For me anyway, idk about those 13 other people who had to wait for me) The studio is very clean, peaceful, spacious large windows covered with blinds to set the mood and a corner with mats, blankets, blocks & eye pillows in case you forgot yours. This is where it got a little confusing for me. I thought I would get a workout, I thought someone would correct poses & posture, I thought I would break a sweat or at the very least get a killer stretch. Nope, none of the above. The instructor was sweet and did say this was a beginners class which is what I wanted and she stated that she was pregnant and would be going slowly. Ok, all that's fine - but I'm sitting here wondering what I got out of that one hour class, did I do yoga? Or did I sit on a mat inhaling? On top of everything, $15 for a drop in seems pretty expensive when most other places charge between $7 and $10. I don't know if I'll be back. I kind of want to try a different instructor but am worried that if the class is like this one was, I'll be turned off to yoga. But at the same time, I don't like writing poor reviews and they offer so many classes that it could have just been a one off. There were 13 other people in that room so there is a really good possibility that it was just me and I probably just need more than just breathing.

I must have walked by this studio 30 times before I actually went and signed up for a class. I…read morecouldn't get over how large this place is. I have yet to run into a yoga studio in south Jersey that has this much space. The place is stunning...I know because it stunned me. The lobby is warm, welcoming, calm and inviting. There is a lot of seating and a living room area with water/tea/magazines/etc. There are men's and ladies locker rooms in the back with showers and everything you will need to 'reset' after your practice. Lots of studios offer mat storage, here you can hang them completely open and let them dry off. Seriously, this studio is huge. The hot room itself is again...huge, it is new, modern, fresh, beautiful. My first visit here, I couldn't get over how lovely this place is. The classes I have taken have been with Suzanne, she is the owner and is very sweet and welcoming. This studio specializes in Hatha yoga featuring Ghosh lineage. Suzanne took the time to tell me that this is Tony Sanchez yoga not Bikram Choudhury yoga. There are several classes offered, the core 26, the core 30 and the master core 40. I have only taken the core 26 because that is the most frequently offered class and all I could make work around my work schedule. So here is my humble opinion about the yoga. This to me looks like Bikram, call it whatever you like....it still looks like Bikram. The room is not as hot or as humid and the grips are different in some of the poses. Everything else..... Bikram. If you are a practicing Bikram yogi, you will find that you are doing the grips incorrectly here. Such a minor detail, but worth mentioning. This studio is new, the owner told me she has only been around for a few months at this point. I hope she gets more students and is able to keep this lovely space open. I have only taken a few classes here and have found some of the other students to be very discourteous to both the instructor as well as the other practitioners in the room. Enter the studio with the intent to practice, bring what you need with you - mat, towel, whatever. I have never seen so many people go in and out of a room during a practice in my life. Stepping out for a towel, then out for water, out for a potty break, out for more water, out because it is too hot, out for whatever other stupid reason. This is a 90 minute class, get your act together and stay in the room. All of this commotion and exiting changes the temperature in an already not that hot room. It is distracting and simply rude to the person leading the class. There is an etiquette in yoga, some ... not all ... of the people that practice here do not seem to care about that. Overall, this is a nice studio and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a hot practice but is intimidated by 105 degrees and 40% humidity of traditional Bikram.

You feel relaxed as soon as you walk in and the room is huge - a great space and probably one of the biggest if not the biggest in the area. I love HOT yoga, used to doing Bikram in 100+ degrees but like that she keeps the temperature a little lower, around 95 degrees. Might not seem much of a difference but it is. I also love the Vinyasa classes they just started with Justin. If you're not into hot yoga, they offer Yin classes. They have decent size changing rooms and showers which is a plus. If you are an avid yogi or brand new to yoga, I highly recommend checking out Bluedeer!

Everywhere your senses drift, there is something to see, smell, touch, feel even taste. This studio is beautiful and I don't say that too lightly - it is truly a place where magic is invited in. Do you want to lose yourself and find yourself on your mat? Show up, show up as a yes and be open. The class I took is called Everything In, it wasn't easy. You will hold a plank until your arms shake and you will find that just when you want to get out of a pose your transformation begins. So be open to the more. My friend and I are used to a fast flow, so when someone gets you in a plank and leaves you there... you go through the emotions. Question, panic, transformation. Stay. Just stay and welcome in the feelings. Our instructor today was Jewels, she was warm, welcoming, sweet, supportive and genuine. We truly enjoyed her and her savasana was mighty. MIGHTY! I enjoyed this evenings class tremendously! I enjoyed the studio and the vibe. Two mats up to you! Namaste.

First, this little studio is amazingly clean and wow does it smell good inside! I see oils and some other 'smell goods' behind their check in desk - I mostly get the scent of lavender and maybe a little citrus. Second, I have taken only two classes here but both have been incredibly relaxing. A truly wonderful place to destress and shake off the day. I enjoyed both instructors and found the other students friendly and welcoming. There is no mirror and students are encouraged to go at their own pace. I am a Bikram junkie so this was my very first experience with Vinyasa Flow style yoga - I really enjoyed it and left both times feeling really great. So a few things for anyone who has never been here before. You enter right into the studio, so shoes need to come off at the front door, there are cubbies for your gear right there in the front. They have a changing area in the back and their check in desk is in the back of the studio too. Yogi Power Yoga is in a very busy strip mall, parking can be challenging though there is usually more space at the other end by the convenience store. Oh and speaking of strip malls, this studio is next door to a Chinese Food place and standing outside waiting for the studio doors to open might make you hungry. Lastly, if you have never done 'hot' yoga, don't be intimidated, it's nowhere near as hot as it is in the Bikram studios. I hope this place is here for a very long time, I'd like to be able to continue dropping in when I'm in the area.

My practice has developed under his instruction and attention. He is a gifted teacher and I feel lucky to have found him. Marie's classes are also amazing! The last few classes I've taken with Regan have been wonderful. Her attention to alignment is demonstrated in a way that is unique to any other teacher's I've experienced. She brings the asana to life from thoughtful instruction to a lovely flow that all gets tied together in a way that, by the end of savasana, I feel I've taken a beautiful journey. It's not often that I feel such a release of emotion as I did in today's class. I've also taken a few classes with Taylor, Brittany and Jeannie and WOW!. This studio is loaded with talented, caring teachers who bring 100% to each practice and I look forward to every single one. Marianne and Emily, at the front desk, are welcoming and helpful and set the tone for a very relaxed practice and each class ends with a cold towel to help me cool down.
