Husband was always resistant to go the professional route as he felt any frame from Walmart would work. After making the decision to have them professionally framed, I didn't have long to wait to have them completed, maybe two weeks at the most. My husband now says this was the best decision. As we continue to unpack, We intend to bring any other items in to be professionally framed as this was top-notch service. A couple other sidenotes outside the amazing job he did... this is a small business, and veteran owned - shows support with veteran discounts. In addition, he supports other small businesses, for example a coffee bean business. When I found out that this coffee bean business would take special orders. I jumped on that. Grab two bags of specialty mix 2/3 blend. This coffee is amazing! All in all, I love supporting small businesses and finding that those small businesses support others.

I visited Hobby Lobby expecting a quick in-and-out trip, but the experience was extremely…read morefrustrating due to severe understaffing and a lack of urgency at the front registers. While the store was busy with customers, there were three employees stationed near the front, yet only one register was open. The customer ahead of me took at least 15 minutes to check out. When a customer who arrived behind me politely asked the two other employees standing nearby if they could open another register to help clear the growing line, one of them (I believe her name was Haley ) flatly replied, "I'm not a cashier," and walked away. Not only was there zero urgency to assist the waiting customers, but the dismissive attitude of the staff was completely unacceptable. Another customer in line ended up having to leave without her items because the wait was so unreasonable. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue at this location. Management really needs to step up their staffing and customer service standards during busy hours. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend shopping here.

Our dream place turned terrace was a reality thanks to the crew's hard work. They paid close attention to our feedback during the design process and recommended classic materials like wood and stone.
