After making the decision to have them professionally framed, I didn't have long to wait to have them completed, maybe two weeks at the most. My husband now says this was the best decision. As we continue to unpack, We intend to bring any other items in to be professionally framed as this was top-notch service. A couple other sidenotes outside the amazing job he did... this is a small business, and veteran owned - shows support with veteran discounts. In addition, he supports other small businesses, for example a coffee bean business. When I found out that this coffee bean business would take special orders. I jumped on that. Went to make a return. Only one register open- the exchange/return register. I stood & waited at…read moreleast 15 mins. The customer before me was purchasing- not returning or exchanging- at least 20+ items. Each item has to be manually input. After 10 mins & approx 5 customers standing behind me- to make a purchase- they opened an additional register. As I was next in line- I assumed I would be called over. But no- apparently there is only 1 register to make a return, even though they were using that register to ring up purchases. The clerk was rude, dismissive and downright nasty. The customers behind me were also not happy and spoke up that I should be next as I was waiting the longest. I will never go back. There is no organization and the employees are horrible.

Within a week the owner sent out a gutter man rather than roofer because we agreed a gutter person with experience that knew what he was doing was what we needed. 0 problems since no leaks no gutter overflow no problems. And if you get on their mailing list, you can just sit and wait for one of their promotions, and they have many during the year. I really couldn't be happier with the final product. You upload the photos to their site, and the higher the res, the better the print. All the wall prints I've ordered have been fulfilled in, and shipped from India. It takes about a month to get to your door, but they use Fedex, which makes them easily trackable. For around $120, I had 7 prints delivered to my door today, and I'm a very happy customer!
