He was not efficient because he was not used to using the equipment. I got a receipt that I had paid and it gave a date when the work would be complete and a note that said Michael's would call. Several days after the promised date I hadn't heard so I called them. Yes, my work was ready for pickup. When I got it home I discovered the mat was not 8x8.
