We were never paid and still remain unpaid. this was not due to any issue with the work on our end, it was because Alan got into a disagreement with the owner of the property and decided to walk off the job. Hired Relief Roofing for roof, siding, door and window repairs after a tornado in 2010. After job…read morewas completed, the new roof leaked after the first rain. They sent a team back out to fix it and repair the ceiling inside. Since that time the roof has continued to leak, and water has come through the ceiling below with large amounts of rain. I've called them back out to repair the roof with each big rain, have been told that it is fixed and then found that the roof has continued to leak with the next big rain. After attempting to reach them again this fall and having no success, I contacted another agency who came out and inspected the roof and immediately found the source of the leak from where the roof was installed incorrectly. I have shared the repair bill with Relief Roofing and have yet to receive a response.
