Both…read moretimes he was told he was getting peonies left over from a wedding at cost instead of their normally high price. Both times, flowers started dying and stems were rotting within 24 hr. Don't know if the peonies were the coincidence/cause or not but I feel awful that he spent a pretty penny on flowers that didn't even last a few days. Even grocery store flowers last longer. I'm pretty much throwing out 1-2 rotted flowers per day and end up with nothing in about 5 days. The first time the flowers died so fast I chalked in up to bad luck or a stem full of bacteria that ruined the rest. But happening twice is not acceptable especially for the price and compared to something I could get at the grocery store.

They also promptly remedied a minor charge discrepancy that the network (not Musgrove) added to the invoice when ordering on-line. I've dealt with other local companies and Musgrove Florist is the most considerate and customer oriented of them all.
