placed an order earlier this month that had to be sent to Va and then sent by my friend to me in HI because shipping directly here wasn't an option on the website. then, USPS tracking wasn't updating, so I contact Foxys asking about the status to see if maybe they could see where the Leo was. Apparently, USPS had lost my order, but Foxys sprang into action. not only did they make a new Leo because they were out of my daughters size in the one I originally ordered, but they sent it straight to me so it would get here in time for my daughters birthday. Save your money. Placed my order almost 3 weeks ago, I still haven't received it. Foxy's has my money. I have NO Christmas gifts! When I called them to inquire about the delay, I was shut down by "Sue" and then again by "Janay" both ladies telling me this was basically my problem to look into. Awesome. Poorly Run Company with Beyond Poor Customer Service (and I've been working in CS for over 8 years, I would never treat someone this way) I will 100% be disputing the charges to my credit card and will not shop this site ever again.
