After calling around to local repair shops and being told they don't service printers, I called Brother directly and was told I needed to take my printer to an "Authorized Brother Service Center". Printing Essentials was the closest office to me. (over two hours away) Jason was helpful with passing on my issue to Jesse. Ordered an item from this company through Amazon on Sept 22, 2015. It was meant to arrive by Oct 5,…read more2015 but it did not. I emailed on the Oct 7, 2015. Got a reply the next day on the 8th. The owner Jon stated in part "It seems that we have had an issue with USPS on our last shipment. I am working with them to figure out the problems. With that said, I am reshipping all my customers orders again so they get them.". I email again on Oct 9, 2015 for a status & he said "It will ship today.". So a few days go by & nothing in the mail. So on Oct 13, 2015 I filed an A to Z claim with Amazon for a refund. This company sucks at customer service. He clearly didn't send the order. Also on Amazon other customers complained they never received their order & he used the exact same excuse about USPS! Avoid this company at all costs.
