I went to the butcher counter and told the butcher I wanted 2 pounds of lamb mince, and he went to grab a whole lamb, cut off the sections needed for the mince, and ground it right before my eyes ! It can't get any fresher than that. The chicken thighs were already cut and packaged but still look amazingly fresh. They have a small section of produce, huge amounts of tea from which to choose, all kinds of sweets and snacks, fresh flat breads, and so many other items from which to choose that I cannot even begin to name them all. Everyone in store was helpful and pleasant. I just found my new butcher shop for fresh meats!

The burger had good flavor, but the patty seemed much smaller than the advertised 7 ounces. The brioche bun was huge in comparison, which made the burger feel a little unbalanced. The peach-bacon jam and pickled green tomato worked surprisingly well together, but I could barely taste the house-made pimento cheese.
