First, service was amazing. The nicest mxn found me a seat in the middle of the super busy restaurant. Then, 4 minutes later a young Womxn took my order. About 10 min later, this amazing food showed up. I ordered the fired eggs on the side to go with my hotcakes. This was the prefect balance of sweet and savory. I was a little nervous i would still be hungry because the hotcakes looked tiny. I was not disappointed at all. After a yummy oat milk coffee, i left feeling cozy, warm, and full.
