VERY clean and eveyone was so friendly. This is a great spot to see cats while enjoying coffee. You can either just sit in the coffee shop and look thru the clear glass, or go into the cat area and pet the cats. It's nice they keep the coffee shop itself and cat area completely separate. Can't say enough about how friendly all the staff were both on coffee side and cat side. Highly recommend

They instructed me that I'd need to go outside and enter the cat area through a separate door. The moment I opened the door to the cat area all I could smell was STRONG urine. My daughter cautiously approached a cat and it immediately swatted and tried to bite her. Despite already feeling a deep sense of disgust I suggested she try a different cat. The scenario was the same. In fact every single cat was unfriendly. Not only that but in the back is a wall of litter boxes, open and gross. The person working the cat area then decides while I was there would be a good time to clean them, . This place serves food and beverages that are eaten IN this area! These cats are dirty and walking around where you're expected to drink and eat. It's not sanitary and frankly not safe when all the cats want to bite and scratch. The concept is good, the layout is terrible and it clear these cats are stressed.

We were updated first thing every morning on his condition, and when his condition wasn't improving, the team at blue Pearl was there to offer educated advice on next steps. We were always greeted with kindness and always treated with patience. Bringing your animal to an emergency vet is already a stressful experience and they did a great job of making us feel comfortable while giving our guy the best care possible. I would highly recommend Wine and the team to anyone who needs to bring their animal to an emergency vet. We hope we never have to see you all again, but if we do, we know our pets will be in good hands.

My cat had a urinary obstruction, they told us the bladder flush procedure would take 2 hours and that he was priority because he was in life threatening condition, we waited 5 hours until it was done and still had to wait 30 MORE minutes after paying for them to bring him out to us (he was literally just sitting in the back in his cage, we could see him). Paid $750 just for his blockage to come back and for my cat to die 2 days later. Absolutely ridiculous, I would recommend no one should ever take their pet here.

I can't tell you how thankful, fortunate, and lucky we are to have discovered TJ at the grooming salon at Petsmart West Appleton Wisconsin. We travel a lot with our doodle, which requires us to take her to various groomers across the country. In all of the grooming appointments since we have had our girl, no one has even come close to providing us with the incredible grooming and bathing that TJ and the staff in the grooming salon at Petsmart Appleton west! Over doodle, Miss Lexi, is an absolutely gorgeous girl every time she leaves Petsmart! Thanks TJ and everyone in the grooming salon at Petsmart West Appleton. See you again in a month! I have used Petsmart for grooming and had good experiences. But yesterday I took my dog in for his…read moreappointment and Emily was the groomer. I had phone problems so repeatedly told her to call my husband's phone- She wrote it on the sheet and assured me she would call that number. After 4 hours my husband called Petsmart to check on our fur baby. He was told that they called the number on file over an hour ago. We rushed to pick up our dog and as they brought him out - they said we need a couple of minutes and they told me to step out of the salon. Apparently he was crated and had a nervous bowel movement but he was left to sit in it- so they shaved his butt and then used a cleaning cloth (with alcohol) on his butt. They told me to step out but I could still hear him crying loudly. He was shaved on his butt to the skin- I was beyond upset. I will not be using Petsmart in the future in Appleton and I will tell everyone I know about this terrible experience
