It's a delight that engages all your senses. So much beauty surrounds you. Truly one of my favorite places in Elgin. The staff is so super attentive, kind and treat their customers wonderfully. I love this store so much because of the beautiful and unique items. Fran the owner of the store makes my experience pure joy from the moment I walk in. I feel welcomed immediately. I will go out of my way to shop there because I always find just the right thing and I always feel happy when I leave. This store is a beloved pillar of the Elgin community. When you arrive, they have a door for dropping off donations. We've given them clothes, nick-nacks, paintings, glassware, and more. They take everything with a smile. We'll continue to drop off merchandise as we have it. And, perhaps next time we go I'll stop into their store. The reviews are certainly good.

Now there's six people in a line getting longer. Everyone is staring at the ceiling. Finally, he's able to pay. I approach with my items. Employee won't take a fifty. She has change I would need. I tell her I'm not gonna use plastic and go thru the same train wreck and have others in the growing line suffer. She won't take it. I dig out enough from my other pockets. Pay and leave. We came here and looked around briefly and found a few items we liked. A woman was there and greeted us along with a younger gentleman in the other room. She let us know we were welcome to take a look around and that she is negotiable on some things. We ended up getting some cute rings for $5 a pop and we all agreed that the woman (Angie I think) was super warm and welcoming. We would come back based on her alone! She was very nice and even told us about another antique-y place near by since we mentioned we were just out shopping at different antique places. They also have a sizable men's and children's section! They also have a lot of craft supplies which I love. They also have some decorations, especially seasonal decorations, and some household goods as well, like dish ware! It is extremely clean and well organized. You can really tell that the employees are dedicated to providing an enjoyable shopping experience. Their prices are very reasonable and they stock items that are in great condition. The staff is overall very friendly and nice. They were all wearing masks, which is an important precaution that I really appreciated.
