Eventually at the start of July I reached out to him 3 different times in 1 day until he finally took 12 hours to respond to me to tell me he wouldn't be able to complete the job. 1 job should not take an entire month for you to tell a client you can't get to their job, especially when they reached out a month earlier. DO NOT USE! Is not reliable and very disappointed in the level of service after I had been a reliable customer and even recommended him to other people to use! He failed to find a plumber for the work I had contracted with him, so i hired one and paid for it myself. That is the only work that has been done since March. I tried to be flexible and work with him as much as possible, but now he has completely let me down. Some of the only work they did complete was rebuilding our basement stairs, but the measurements are off and won't pass inspection, so we need to rip those out and rebuild them. My experience with them has been extremely disappointing and I would not recommend them.
