Dr. Kocher is wonderful and the technicians are attentive. There needs to be a little guidance given to those who work at the front desk.

We will drive from CO springs to this Vet. We have enjoyed all the docs and staff we've worked with.

Fox Run is the only place I'll take my pets. Top level care and they truly care about the pets and the humans.

Dr. Jessa Kocher went above and beyond for me and my sick dog. Couldn't thank her enough. I am so grateful for her big heart.

Wonderful clinic. Kind, caring staff, and excellent medical care for our pets. The best veterinary care they've ever had.

Absolutely fantastic! We could not be happier for the care provided to our two older GSDs!…read more We had horrible problems with our old vet: diagnosed our boy with cancer and even wanted to remove his leg, then without asking raised his allergy meds and he had a severe reaction. We had enough of them and decided to wait until Mountain Lake opened and would make the move! Dr. Kranz changed our lives and informed us our dog did not have cancer rather was arthritic in his legs. She changed his diet and his brothers and both are on their way to living healthier lives. More energy, and losing weight and happy to chase balls! Don has been incredible as well answering our frequent calls and getting our pets taken care of! Cannot recommend them enough!

Is she perfect? Nope. Because there is no such thing. Remember that. Doesn't change the fact we still like her and trust our dogs lives with her. It's interesting seeing folks be upset about how they are treated or how much they have to pay. I am sorry, but that is on you for not doing your homework. Pets are not cheap. Do your homework on what your breeds are prone to, what the costs are, if there are any specialists you might need in your area. For some of those spinal and allergy issues we have had to bring our dogs all over Colorado and sometimes out of state. Knowing those details will actually help you make your decision. Veterinarians also get very busy. You are not their only patient even though you think you are. If its an emergency, take it to the Emergency center. If you are not happy, find a different veterinarian and be unhappy over there. You want cheap? Get a goldfish.

I wish I could recommend this service, but my experience was disappointing from start to finish…read more I had to reach out just to ask about pricing since it wasn't listed on their website. When the assistant replied, she used my cat's correct name once, then referred to him as "Mama" for the rest of the email. This seems like an obvious template error that should have been caught, especially for something this sensitive. During the appointment, Dr. Melissa Vollaire seemed disorganized, and her assistant stepped out to take a phone call, never to be seen again. Then there was the euthanasia process itself. It took three needles and two shaved legs to find a vein on my sedated cat. On the second attempt, he pulled his paw away in pain, meaning his last few minutes of life were spent feeling someone dig around his arm. A month earlier, his regular vet had placed an IV with no shaving or struggle, so this was an extra layer on an already heartbreaking experience. Finally, I was told that A Paws In Time (the cremation service) would contact me within a couple of days when his paw prints were ready. After a week of silence, I reached out myself and learned that the vet had never informed them of that responsibility, delaying everything by another TWO WEEKS. Thankfully, A Paws In Time was wonderful, emailing me copies within minutes and they even personally delivered the originals to my home the same day they received them. Meanwhile, Transitions only reached out once to say the prints would be ready "next week," promised to follow up, and then never did...even when they failed to include them in the next pickup. They may be the cheapest option in the area, but I strongly recommend paying the extra $50 for a service that offers the professionalism and compassion your pet deserves in their final moments.
