I explained what I was wanting and expressing I was pretty sure due to the timing he probably wouldn't be able to help me. He listened, I mean really listened..so crucial in his line of business-taking someone's words and seeing what they are saying. Noah kindly accepted the challenge. I was like seriously?! Blown away by his strong work ethic and his helpful, calming personality. I anxiously awaited as he went to work creating a colorful, fun work of art in a very slim amount of time. The store definitely has lots of cute Christmas items and had more diverse options than I expected which was nice because sadly in 2025 it's hard finding brown and black faces on Christmas items. There were a few employees in the store and I was greeted by one along my browsing. When I did need help the same employee was able to assist me and found what I needed. As mentioned in the beginning of this review, my main goal was to find a Thanksgiving card and unfortunately the selection was pretty close to non-existent and what they did have didn't meet the sentiment of what I wanted and needed to say. I would rather have not had flowers gifted in my name at all if I knew what they were going to send. It was embarrassing and devastating. I'm unsure if they have children working with them behind the scenes arranging flowers and writing cards but-- I was in complete shock. It wasn't until today I check out their Facebook page and they were robbed the end of last year! Really, who robs a florist? Clearly these people have burned people in the past & really have no business partnering with a funeral home. Unprofessional and disrespectful is an actual understatement.
