While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%. The work quality was top notch. I was highly impressed by JJ Construction and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Matt, for a great job.

Tony was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The pricing was comparable to another estimate we received, but we are confident that these windows are better quality and will last longer. They included a fix for a hole in our siding without trying to upsell us for all new siding. We ordered in October and the manufacturer had our windows ready for installation in December. The crew that came out were so friendly and very respectful of our home. Scheduling the installation, painting, cleanup, and finishing touches was a breeze. The winter weather did make it difficult for the crew to clean up nails and debris on the outside, but they did come back when it was warmer to clean up. We look forward to hiring them for other services, possibly roof and siding.

Max at Shake Guys quickly got back to me, performed an inspection and confirmed that there was hail damage. Max did a tremendous job of making a complicated, stressful process very easy and seamless for us. Then came installation week and in stepped Dustin and his crew at Shake Guys to install the new roof. Dustin and his crew have tremendous work ethic - starting when they said they were going to start and working long days to finish on time! They were there 7am to 7pm every day and within the week the new roof was installed. They also did a tremendous job of cleaning up after themselves leaving the property much better than when they arrived! A huge thanks to Max, Dustin and the entire Shake Guys crew! They do a thorough structural check of the full roof, explain to you your needs, and give you a FIRM estimate when they are ready to proceed. The OWNER of the company, Marvin Kosowski, is on every job his crew does! They do the latest environmentally-friendly and cost-effective techniques, too. Since I have a pitched roof, they suggested a newer technique with a "breathable vent" along the top of the roof. The result? The upstairs tenant's gas heating bill dropped dramatically (by half!), and the overall building's heat loss/cooling factor improved a lot! When Mom and Dad owned this building, they turned to Marvin back then, too. Established 1964. Work is fully guaranteed for years, depending on your installation technique. I found the price very attractive for the size of my roof. Gee, I even got a gym bag and two tee shirts (with their logo, of course) left on my back step when they were done! Nice touch! Marvin F. Aside from being personable, Ryan was highly professional. He did a thorough inspection of our roof and then took his time giving us a terrific education on the condition and care of a cedar shake roof. Ryan answered all of our questions and then made some recommendations regarding how we might proceed. Bottom line-our roof is fine for now. No repairs or maintenance required. We will check back with Lindholm roofing in a year or two, but for now the roof is in good condition with just typical wear for it's age. I have to say, we really appreciate Ryan's willingness to educate us. While we try to do research on our own, there's nothing like a trade professional sharing some of their knowledge. We now feel confident that our roof does not need any further attention at this time. In addition, it was so refreshing to work with a person who is not simply trying to sell you their services. I wish every business were so honest. Needless to say, we will be sticking with Lindholm Roofing in the future.

Mariusz came out the next day, as promised (he even called to see if he could come a little earlier than scheduled) and assessed the situation.
