I asked for a quote on replacing front & back gutters and possibly the rear fascia. Tony came out a few days later, and a few days after that I received the estimate. It seemed a little pricy, so I simply asked if they could do any better and I also asked if they offer leaf guards. They said they would revise and resend the estimate. This was back at the end of August/beginning of September. I've called, texted, and e-mailed over a half-dozen times asking for a follow-up. The first few times I got, "we'll get it to you later today" or "I'll do it when I get back to the office." Now, I don't get any response at all. Was hoping to have this done before the snow flew. I really don't like leaving lukewarm or even remotely unfavorable reviews, but after what happened with Fox Gutter, I feel I need to let people know my experience. I had new gutters installed back in June 2020. They came out quickly for the estimate, I accepted, and they did the job within days. No real complaints with the installation of the gutters. I found a lot of debris doing fall clean up, though - gutter brackets, screws, downspout pieces, etc. Clean up could have been better. Fast forward to 11.16.2020. I called to schedule the gutters to be cleaned. They even texted me to confirm the appointment. So far, so good. They came out 11.19.2020, around 8:30 in the morning. We had a very cold snap overnight, and my guess is that everything was frozen. What they should have done at this point was to let me know this, and to reschedule. Instead, they decided to hammer and chisel at the front gutter, spray water everywhere, which then re-froze on every surface it touched. Then, without any notice, they just packed up and left. They did not even attempt to notify me they were leaving, nor reschedule for a warmer day. The did not finish the job. All they did was part of the front gutter - not even the whole gutter run! I have tried to call to reschedule, but they don't answer my calls. I will take that as they are not interested in my business. Fast forward to this past weekend, I finally got a good look at my front gutters and they are now damaged from where they hammered and chiseled at the ice. I will have to have it replaced at my expense, as I will never let them anywhere near my property again. To summarize, I agree with the reviews that say this company is highly unreliable and flaky. This is the most unreliable and unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. The conversations over the past 4 months on regarding a very simple and straightforward job should give a good sense of what you can expect. I'll update this if they ever show up... 6/12 had Tony look at my gutters and give an estimate to replace 6/15 I accepted proposal and emailed it back and was told the job would be scheduled 6/29 I emailed asking when job was scheduled for, they immediately told me by the end of the week 7/14 I emailed asking for an update and they promised by the end of next week 8/17 I emailed them asking if they could let me know when they scheduled the job, and they replied "they'll let me know" 9/9 I emailed them "are you still planning to do this job?". They replied on 9/11 saying "yes we are!" and I asked them when it was scheduled for, but they didn't answer. 10/7 I emailed asking for an update. I'm absolutely baffled by this - is it a real company? They came out quickly and gave me an estimate. Why would they continue to let me know that they'd be doing it if they weren't planning to? You give them specific instructions on what you want done for your gutters and they don't fully follow it. Furthermore, when you inform their colleagues (Reggie) that they made a mistake and must finish the task, they don't respond timely. Their front desk are quick to pester you for money even though the job is not fully complete. When it comes to fixing what they initially got the job for, they don't show up and give you the runaround, saying they will fix it. Its been months, since my inquiry and its still not fixed. I had Tony and his crew come to my house and replace my gutters and downspouts. After the job was completed my wife and I noticed that when it was windy one of the new downspouts vibrated so bad I actually thought it might come off the house. I called Fox Gutters and was repeatedly told they were very busy and could not say when they could come back and fix the problem. After 3 weeks I gave up all hope and fixed it myself. Only needed another bracket to secure it. I cannot recommend Fox Gutters to do any work due to their lack of customer service and follow up. read more

The two man crew that installed the gutters were on time, considerate and efficient. Our new gutters look great (we chose black, they have several colors to choose from), and corrected the issue we were having them installed for. Tony showed up on time, and was actually able to take care of our problem on the spot. He was professional and had everything taken care of quickly. These people are wholly unreliable. Were due here between 2 and 3 on 10/30/19, only to cancel at roughly 2:30. Rescheduled for 11/2/19 between 10 and 11. No indication of anything until well past 11, saying they couldn't come and needed to re-schedule. Don't waste your time. read more

Reggie came to take a look at our (very simple) roofline and gave us an estimate that undercut a previous estimate from Home Depot by over half. They sent out guys to do the work who were clean, polite, efficient, and installed gutters that look wonderful on our house. I'll update if the gutters leak or fall off the house or something egregious, but at the moment we are extremely impressed with the service, speed, and quality of work. read more

They took two months from the time of the estimate to actually do the work. I called to ask if they even wanted the job after a month and they told me they had to "order the gutter color I chose", which was brown. Then the manager called me out of the blue two months later to say they could do the job that day. I let them clean the gutters and replace a section of gutter. The new gutter leaked and when I emailed to let them know, the owner said they would be right over to fix it. I am still waiting three weeks later... read more

Fox Gutter came recommended from our house painter, Aurora Exterior. In order to complete the project, Fox had to remove the old poorly maintained gutters before painting, and return after the house was painted. Since house painting is dependent upon weather, the removal of the gutters wasn't easy to schedule. When I called to let them know painting was coming in a week, they came out and removed the gutters within 3 days. I called after the painting was complete, and within the week the new gutters were installed. There were some changes to the location of downspouts due to the construction of our roof line. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, why, and to ask us if we were OK with the changes before doing the work. These last few weeks, we've actually been able to listen to the rain gently trickle down some of the spouts- where in the past they were non-fuctional due to previous leveling.(Or lack thereof). Only found 1 piece of old hardware in a bush, and two screws that got away. Not enough to remove a star. Gutters are awesome- price was right- and crew was professional. read more

I found fox gutter on the Internet. Filled out their online form and got a call back the next morning. They had a gentlemen come out that day to provide an estimate which was very fair priced. Monday morning they showed up and did the job. 3 days from first call to finish is very impressive. They were super easy to work with very polite and the gutters looks great.
