The costumer services suck especially when you order food. Be prepared for rude service being looked over. I was there today and order a torta Carolina walked past me3 times without saying anything (like hold on it will be a minute or anything) after about 5 minutes I dropped the ticket she then notices me and ask why I dropped the ticket another guy working came up asking the same thing I'm so frustrated by now the guy takes the ticket and tell Carilona that I'm going to have to wait. I get up go to the regestier and ask for my money back the guy from the kitchen comes over and tell the cashier thatis not making the torta to give me the money back. This is not the first time I have had trouble at this location and from the food part. There are 3 women that work the morning shift that are ride and slow. it has been over a month and you still cant pay st tge pump you have to go in and now only part of the pumps are working. I always passed by on this gas station but this time I went in and checked their tacos side. I ordered quesadilla and burrito. There is no customer service and the people here are very rude. From the cashier to the taco station. No greetings and they're snob. Also, the worst my burrito has no meat!!! I only saw it when I got home. I actually love this gas station but I cannot rate it 5 stars because I have recently had a bad experience. I went inside and paid for gas then bought my kids donuts. When I went to pump my gas the pump wouldn't start. Do I went back inside only to find that the cashier had put my gas on the wrong pump and someone else had pumped my gas. The young lady told me there was nothing she could do. She gave me a phone number that just rang. Needles to say I paid $70 for a half tank of gas and no one cared to help resolve this matter read more

Best street tacos East of Fuel City in downtown Dallas. Their trompo tacos taste greatest with plenty of chopped onions and a healthy squeeze of lime(or lemon!). Gas prices are great here, better than most for miles. Plus, you could always catch a soccer game here on a giant LED screen. read more

Well I'm a disabled veteran and I decided to dry one basket of clothes since my dryer needs to be repaired this weekend. I split the load so they could dry faster, so I put four quarters in each one, and one dryer did not start. I went looking for an attendant and explained one dryer took my money and I needed it back. She looked at me like I was crazy for asking for my money back, she said we will have to see. So I chase her around even though in pain until she found some other woman whom she said was the manager. So both of them and myself went back to dryer and she gave me my money back and she advised I needed to go pay cashier for an receipt in order to use dryer. I came back again chased the attendant and explained and showed her receipt, so I'm standing at the dryer again and she just starts sweeping the floor as if I was not there. So I asked for the manager, big mistake, she was totally rude started talking in Spanish to attendant, so the manager kept telling me I used two dollars. I told her I did not get the other dryer working for 15 minutes drying time. So while she continued to talk to me as if I was stupid, I decided to take my wet clothes out and bring to another laundromat. Both of them were so rude, so when I asked for her name she gave me several and told me she did not know how to spell her last name, so I left. So this black security guard comes up to me to find out what happened briefly. He said they told him I used 4 dryers,very funny??? I told him if that was the cased why are my clothes still wet. He better watch out because if they can lie like that, they will lie on him also. But to end this complaint sometimes you just have to ignore ignorant and incompetent people. Pretty sure they are very miserable with their lives which is why they project it on others. I have a dryer that I'm waiting to have repaired this weekend, so I won't have to deal with their incompetence and stupidity. Looking at other ratings I see this is very common for them to be rude and obnoxious to people. Good luck to those who have no choice to go there, but there are other laundromats in area that are cheaper and dry clothes better. God bless! read more

The gas price is good but service is horrible. The manager is rude and mumbles. Yes we have that but when you go look for it it isn't there. Then when you ask he manager about it he says hey have it but not today. ???? read more

My husband and I used to stop here for gas since it was the cheapest, despite never being able to get a receipt at the pump. We have both decided to boycott the station since the gas crisis from Harvey. They decided to use a tragic situation for their own gain and jack the price up to 3.49 when there was a shortage or not gas at surrounding stations. Now that gas is being delivered, they continue to be higher than other stations at 2.99. I will not frequent any business that price gouges. read more

So we decided to come try out this place bc it had 24/7 tacos. First the place is clean and very convenient for those people who want to do laundry, eat , gas etc. However, the reason I give this place 2 stars is we came to eat and first let me say one of the cooks looked like he was high or on something. Second , we asked for Trompo and the guy said that it wasn't ready. Of course there was already a line of ppl waiting and as we looked at the orders they were way behind. One lady said she waited 45 min for her order another lady asked for a refund. Obviously this place is understaffed. It's been about 25 -30 min now and we are still waiting on our food. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stop here to eat only if you plan on waiting a long time for your order. read more
