They usually do this every weekend in the nice weather months. I usually find that you'll have to ask to see if specific vendors have specials at their booths and I've never had to pay the asking price. Additionally cash is king. Bring cash as this will make them more willing to deal. I've found a wide variety of items from furniture to sports cards, music and books.
