When I told the desk clerk- he said 25 people had just taken a shower and maybe try at a different time. I tried at all different times but the shower was lukewarm AT BEST. Not enjoyable. It was never fixed so we took cold showers for 5 days. Also the shower water backed up and I personally had to remove the grate and scrape a wad of hair and grossness with a coffee stirrer.
