Great company with a friendly, competent, and dedicated staff. Worked with Greg and Pedro at a recent event where they set up a large inflatable movie screen (42 ft wide!) and a 10K Lumen video projector, along with a superb sound system (line array + subwoofer) right on the field in a football stadium to allow fans to watch their team play an away game. The setup went very smoothly (under 2 hrs), and the video was crisp, sharp, and bright. The sound system was amazing; even with 1300 + people on the field, the sound carried all the way to the back of the stadium. Wow - what a great find! We were looking to find some speakers to use to play some background music at a party venue downtown. Steve promptly returned my phone call and gave me great advice on what he recommended I get, once I described the party and the venue space. Payment was exceptionally easy to do right on my phone. I picked up in the window he gave; he gave a quick, but complete, lesson on how to set up the speakers and all and even loaded everything in my car. I had a question the next day when I was setting them up, but made a quick phone call and was given the info I needed quickly and they were good to go. We can't say enough fabulous things about working with Fox Audio Visual. We have struggled over the years in finding a dependable and affordable service to assist with our audio/visual needs for our school's annual auction and gala and Fox came to the rescue! Steve was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. He was creative in coming up with solutions for our event needs. Steve and his team had fabulous advice and were extremely professional. When the event day came, Steve and his team literally SAVED THE DAY. Steve's team has already set up the AV portion of our event for which we had contracted them. We had another audio vendor whose equipment was not up to par and we were panicking about how to make it work. Steve jumped in and literally fixed everything on the event day. He brought in extra equipment, spent extra hours setting up the new audio situation and calmed my frazzled nerves. We are still blown away at how much they went above and beyond to assist our school. When it came time for the music, announcements, and the live auction to begin, we had the most dependable and professional audio visual setup we've ever had.
