If you asked me to review this company's lawn care service a year ago, I'd have a good review. I can no longer do that. This year there has been a complete turn around. They used to mow over my lawn twice, looked for and treated or removed weeds, walked around the property carefully afterwards to ensure everything was done. The past 10 months, this has not been the case. They jump out of the truck. Trim. Mow. Blow off front sidewalk and are gone. I recently asked to have the many weeds in my yard--especially the side and back yards--taken care of. Nothing. I asked the workers about it. They admitted they were told about my concern. Got out a tool, dug up 2 dandelions in the front yard that I pointed out...then left. You'll pay top dollar for this service and they don't want to be bothered with any requests outside their schedule. In addition, there is no communication about what you want done in the yard. I had a beautiful bush in the yard that grew from a tree that had to be cut down. Instead of trimming it in the Fall, they chopped it down to the stump. It never came back. My neighbor had a tree that was struggling. She was nursing and babying it trying to bring back. She told me they did that to her tree too...chopped it down to the ground. All her work was for nothing. I contacted them in an effort to express my concerns of late. The response I received said, "it sounds like you want to cancel your service. I'll take care of that immediately." Seriously? That's their customer service strategy!!

Then they claimed there was a transportation fee - well Marshall & Evans why did you NOT tell me this before you quoted me a fee? However, it doesn't take 9 hours to drive from Cedar City to Brianhead. I guess if you walked then you can claim an additional 9 hours. I tried to explain this to the owner and he basically said I'm dishonest. Also this "alleged experienced electrician" when they were installing my USB outlet touched his pliers to the black and white lines and a big spark occurred and he basically fried my outlet. Then they took almost 5 hours to hang a ceiling fan. I was so disappointed that I actually decided to hang the exact same fan in another room a week later and not only did it take me 1 hour, but my fan that I installed does NOT wobble or make noise when the fan is moving. Point is hire whoever you want, but I WISH I NEVER HIRED THIS COMPANY!!
