Months and months go by, with me calling about monthly. I'm eventually told by "Shawna" the two hour inspection is regular maintenance and they don't do that now. So, I wasted all those months just waiting. I then pointed out the reason for the inspection was to DO more, but she had no interest. In my conversation with Rodney we had discussed octane, so apparently me asking for a reminder of what should be in the tank made it "maintenance". I then emailed Rodney directly and received NO response at all. I found this surprising after his prior call to set everything up. I had a $40k budget, but that was apparently too small for them. I would not recommend.

Austin responded to my call for help within an hour and he tentatively suggested it might be a spark plug or coil and that he could come to my location around 5PM the same day and take a look. I was frankly skeptical because all the videos I watched detailed an elaborate process to removing all the stuff on top of the engine before you can even get to the coils/plugs. Much to my surprise he was able to gain access by just removing the engine cover. So he evaluated the problem, went and bought the parts and installed them, all in just a couple of hours. I was amazed. Austin was professional, confident and thoughtful. I would recommend him without hesitation. Even though the car has not had the P0306 DTC or the Check Engine Light reappear so far over a few cold starts I realize that the problem may not be fixed. I understood that this was just the most likely cause of the problem and that's not Austin's fault. He did what I asked him to do and I couldn't be more satisfied.

As of this review, it is August and I have still not received a single response or parts for the alternator. I have since sent three separate emails in which no response was ever elicited. This company is so infuriating and has no interest in public service once you have forked out money from your butt to get a nice alternator. Picked up the vehicle returned it the same day. Let them know the AC was working when it went in and ask them to pull the oil filter so the oil level would go down. Instead they suck the oil out of the oil dipstick tube and sprayed oil all over my engine. Technician verified AC wasn't working when he gave it to me but didn't say anything until it was back in a stall, then they charge me over $100 to fix the AC that wasn't broken when it went in and gave me a new clunking noise. AC didn't work when I got it back. Never ever will I trade with them again. .. valve cover should be dipstick tube..
