Stopped by Chuck's after a trip to my local Harley dealership for an oil change. Chuck's diagnosed the problem immediately (rear transmission shift lever was stripped) tried to tighten it at NO CHARGE, but needed to be replaced. They gave me a very fair quote and had it replaced and the bike returned the next day! It may not be as Glitzy and Shiny as the dealerships out there, but they will be getting all of my business from now on. Give them a shot...Great group of guys AND a locally owned business!

Beware that they won't let you test ride! b/c they are scamming you! they sold me a crap bike. During the 'service' they didn't change the fuel filter like they said they would and the tank was full of rust (unseen to the eye). Then they pretend like they are helping you out and doing you a favor. they did NOTHING to fix my bike and wanted to charge me more. and guess who STILL doesn't have their motorcycle plate yet that Cycleworld 'mailed' to my address?! This place has horrible service, poor quality products (resale), and scamming salesmen. Save yourself a lot of time, money, and headaches and go elsewhere!

Don't trust a dealer if they will not let you drive and have the purchase inspected prior to buying. If they are selling a good quality product then there is no reason it should not be allowed to be driven and inspected. I did research on this dealer before even visiting and wish more people had written reviews about the true nature of this dealership. I can only hope this will help others in the future! I also reviewed this dealership on Facebook and got this response from someone named Russell, this is just an example of how customers are treated, wow!: "You absolutely right , #1 We don't allow test rides for anyone ever due to the obvious liability. # 2 Financing is available thru any number of local banks or credit unions on ALL our bikes . #3 you were told you could have whom ever you choose inspect the bike AT OUR LOCATION and you refused, we do not shuttle bikes all over town for some Maybe "BS" approval / inspection. Terrible shop I…read morewouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy because even they don't deserve what this shop will put them through. Ok facts. Had my side by side and 4 wheller there. One for warranty work the other for a lift. Both ran and drove. So we ended up pulling both bikes from his shop in parts and with a fork lift. He was stealing parts off our 4 wheeler for his own. (starter and cooling fans) he broke a bolt off in the motor and cut my speaker wires. Now we have been forced to work on our stuff ourselves so the money we paid him to do the work we are out. Also had some mix ups with portal brackets so we lost that money (he blaims ups for loosing the parts) side by side won't even roll at this point. I could go on and on but just avoid this man and his shop. We are in the hole over 3K because of him and did he try to make anything right... NO before and after photos of bikes.

I actually called Harley first and they said they wouldn't work on it, but they then directed me to REDLINE motorcycles not radline. I called and they were really cool about helping me out and told me they'd work on it. All the guys there were down to earth and willing to help with any questions and also give good recommendations if you weren't sure about certain things pertaining to your bike. I thought the price was going to be horrendous, but it was pretty descent and they seemed like a bunch of guys that wanted to help someone out and get them back on the road.
