This includes newborn, 3 month, 6 month, 9 month and one year photos. So far she's done the first three (my baby is now 7 1/2 months old) and I freaking LOVE all the photos I've received so far! Jillian was flexible and knows perfect locations for photo sessions. For our newborn session, she came to my house (if a newborn photographer doesn't do this, don't hire them. New moms should not be traveling!) and was patient throughout the whole session. The three month photos were also at my home, and the six month photos were at a nearby park that she's familiar with. I can't wait for the next two sessions! If you live in the Bay Area, hire her. You won't be disappointed. She's fun, has lots of props and clothes for babies, and has a great eye. Plus she will get your kids and babies to smile. That's a gift right there, seriously. I wish I'd gotten professional photos done of my son when he was born in 2011. I'm so grateful that he was included in some of our daughter's newborn shots - better late than never! I will definitely be hiring her for future family sessions.

We were thrilled with the end result! More so, I can testify to Jillian's commitment to excellence; she assured me if for any reason we were not absolutely ecstatic with our photographs she would be more than happy to provide a complimentary shoot until she met with our satisfaction. After having a series of disappointments with other photographers, I can safely say Jillian has restored my faith in the profession. I will be more than happy to hire her in the future as my family grows and will encourage others to do the same.

We loved how they would give gentle reminders for posture or suggestions for poses to make sure we look amazing. Throughout the shoot, both Nan and Jamie checked in with me to make sure I was feeling okay and reassured me we would get all the shots envisioned. Before the big day, Nan not only provided us with vendor recommendations, but she also checked in with us periodically to make sure we had everything booked. They really went above and beyond to make this experience easy and memorable. I would recommend them to anyone searching for a photographer! They also have a beautiful collection of wedding dresses for rent! I went dress fitting at many locations around the bay and none of the dresses I tried on could match to theirs. While the collection may be smaller than other places, I felt like the quality and overall aesthetic of each dress was unmatched. Jamie also went out of her way to adjust and deliver the dress to me when we found some last minute adjustments needed. We really appreciated both Jamie and Nan for making our day super special and stress free~ Thank you both so much!

We highly recommend "Another Lu" Wedding Photography Experience!…read more Our wedding photography experience with "Another Lu" was truly beyond expectations. From the initial communication to the photo shoot day and the final images, everything was smooth, professional, and thoughtfully handled. We chose three stunning locations: Legion of Honor, Torpedo Wharf, and Marina Drive. Another Lu was extremely familiar with all three locations and knew exactly how to use the scenery, architecture, and lighting to create breathtaking shots. Legion of Honor - The architecture here is very elegant. The photographer did an amazing job using its natural light, and the photos came out cinematic and timeless. Torpedo Wharf & Marina Drive - These locations were such a surprise. The combination of ocean views and the bay bridge gave the photos a storytelling feel. Although the fog were very dense, and super windy on that day, Another Lu still captured so many beautiful moments that we absolutely love. The team timed everything perfectly, and the final images feel romantic, soft, and dreamy, exactly what we envisioned for our wedding photos. The entire shoot was fun, relaxed, and stress-free. Another Lu guided us naturally through all poses. We had so much fun and laughter through out the whole time. Most importantly, the final photos brought us smiles to our faces. We loved every single images. This was more than just a photo shoot; it was a wonderful memory we'll always treasure.

My daughter is a senior this year and I'm looking forward to her doing her pictures. Overall we were very happy with our choice and we'd recommend working with Tabitha and Jake for your event like we did. My partner and I wanted to choose a team with photography and videography as a package together with transparent pricing and the flexibility to go to two locations (one for our ceremony in the morning, and then another for our reception that evening). The communication by email and then by phone call before the wedding to go over the schedule of the day was clear, understanding, and adaptable. We were hoping for ways to capture my family's small, intimate ceremony without a music or a wedding party, and we think this was successful. True, I don't love every pose or face that I made, but I have almost no experience using professional photography, so I take that into consideration. My spouse also wishes there would have been a catch of his askew bow tie from sometime after getting dressed. Unfortunately my family and I didn't catch it either; in the photos, I missed it too because I saw how overall nice and handsome he looked, but I understand he felt a bit deflated. McAnally Moments as a team coordinated well with each other for their photos and video, and we felt like their direction was calm and respectful, plus silly when it was appropriate, and that was a helpful way to mold our sentiment about the day. The link for photo previews was also sent right on the schedule they told us (one week for sneak peeks!) and we've looked at some of the shots we'll already want to order as prints. Although I can't comment yet about the highlight video, I think me, my husband, and our family will be pleased as well. Thank you again McAnally Moments!

I remember driving in the golf cart to different photoshoot spots on the wedding day with my wife, the McAnally's, and our video crew and being so thankful for the team around us. Pro Tip: Write down/email ahead of time shots you'd like for family photos, ceremony, etc. so you know what to prioritize and know what you can hand over for creative reign/room. For example it rained on our day so we got some mismatching umbrellas, with "it's raining" faces in our audience. However, we had some flexibility during our reception and the McAnally's took us out for a night photoshoot project which turned into some really cool photos we will treasure forever (attached).
