After reviewing the photos, we got to pick from a selection of different packages. Some were digital only, some with various prints, canvases, albums etc. You only pay for what you want but if you want a lot, the top packages are the way to go. We originally just wanted digitals just to get some printed to remember this chapter but the photos turned out so good that we ended up getting a canvas and an album too. We are going to be able to pick up the physical items 2 weeks after the viewing, overall everything has been a really quick turn around. After seeing our maternity photos, we ended up booking a 3 part package for when our son is born (new born, 6month and 1yr). We can't wait! I would highly recommend! We live about 45/50min away from her studio but we were so impressed with her work from her website and IG (before booking) that it was worth the drive specifically to work with her. And now that we have worked with her, we can confirm that we were right about that. Even if she's a drive, her talent is worth the journey!

Our engagement was about a year and a half, and during the first couple of months, Kat was responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. However, after those first couple of months, it became increasingly difficult to get a hold of her. At one point we thought we had been scammed because we stopped receiving responses for 2-3 months. Eventually, we reached out via Instagram messenger since these messages show a read receipt when viewed. She responded and was apologetic and mentioned she had been going through a tough time personally. Understandable of course. However, in the midst of planning your wedding, the thought of your photographer being MIA and unreachable is insufferable and unprofessional. On the wedding day, Kat arrived with an assistant- both were very nice and did a good job overall of capturing all the photos we wanted! She was friendly and made us feel comfortable, especially given that this was our first time meeting her face-to-face. Post-wedding, we were promised a blog post and a sneak peek of our photos. There was never a blog post. The 'sneak peek' was a 10-second Instagram Reel, not a handful of photos emailed to us as we had hoped. Our wedding was in the middle of June, and we had to practically beg her to give us updates on when we could expect the photos. On August 8th Kat told us "My goal is to have the photos delivered to you in the next 10 days". 10 days later, she responded, "Blog post tomorrow". At the time of writing this review, it is mid-December, and we have yet to receive a blog post, which at this point is irrelevant. The following months weren't much better, we reached out to Kat countless times for updates. When we were lucky enough to receive a response, the responses consisted of excuses, delays, and major health scares (car accidents, fractured ribs, refractured ribs). Again, if the health scares or emergencies happened, that is out of anyone's control and incredibly unfortunate - so we were very sympathetic to all of her stated explanations. She ended up responding that due to the delays, she is having another 'trusted' photographer assist in the editing of our photos... We hired Kat due to her photographic style, and when she made this decision without consulting us, we were surprised. We didn't receive all of our images until the end of October. Over 17 weeks after our wedding, nearly 5 months. This amount of time was unprofessional, insufferable, and incredibly worrisome, thinking something happened to our photos. Once reviewing the final photos, we were very pleased with the quality and number of photos received. The photos were beautiful. However, I wish I could recommend Kat, but I need to express caution and warn future couples about the level of service we received.

The way everything flowed together was perfect, and we loved how they included meaningful moments from our officiant, vows, speeches, and all the little details throughout the day. Watching it really felt like reliving our wedding all over again. I honestly expected the turnaround time to be longer, but Raymond shared our photos and videos with us within three weeks, and we were so happy with the results. It is very obvious that Raymond takes his work seriously and is truly passionate about what he does.
