I had to call for a service repair on a Sunday. Technician call to confirm and inform me of the extra charge for Sunday, which being a hot July Sunday only made sense. And I told him " I understand and agree to the charge" he showed up in a timely manner and was very professional. I pointed out that the system has had numerous freon recharges over the past few years and pointed out what it was doing today. That got the technician going in a direction and a little over an hour later he had most of the issue resolved when he identified another issue and was able to replace the faulty parts with ones he kept on the truck. When I asked about making a payment, he said that the office would get with me tomorrow to eliminate any possible billing issues. The office did get with me the next day, the pricing was appropriate for the work that was done and for the day of the week. I would definitely recommend this company and I will use them again in the future.
