She was very intuitive on selecting homes that best suited our wants/style and was very quick to respond to our smallest questions. Even requests for showings for the same day! The house we bought has everything and more than we asked for and it was the one that Jan recommended we look at. Thank you so much Jan!

Within an hour of our call, they were back to us. Kevin and Dan drove to our home location and reviewed our situation. The next day we had a very competitive proposal with a next day starting time. They arrived at 8:00 AM, on time, and started the agreed repairs. As I was out of the house on all 3 days, they performed their duties as to what was to be done. Additionally, in installing a surround tub and backwall, they removed a 40-year-old tub and disposed of it. Installing a bathroom vent and painting the walls and ceiling was masterful completion to a 3-day completion. They are two well-mannered individuals who I would trust in handling any type of repairs to our most important investment in our lives: Our Home. Do not miss the opportunity to work with them in any home repair situation. Respectfully, Paul & Virginia Tymchyn Altamont, NY

Problems such as subsidence were evident within a few months, but he failed to respond to phone calls and texts. This spring we discovered a sinkhole. Again, no response to phone calls and texts. It's been almost a year now and the quality of the work is excellent - zero issues with any of it which is a major relief. The detail work he did is stellar - I am still noticing things he took care of without us having to ask. He worked really quickly too which was helpful since the epicenter of our home was completely torn apart. He ALSO found and fixed some MAJOR problems without adding very much to the over all cost of the project which was very, very kind, something most other contractors would have taken advantage of. The last thing I will say is that the weekend before we were set to start the renovation, I severely broke my ankle. I was sending notes and sketches to Cole from my hospital bed and he was unbelievably patient, kind, and open to whatever we wanted to do and made sure he had what we wanted just right. He was easy to work with and made sure we were happy with every single decision. He also gave us great advice when we were considering a bad choice for materials or design. I seriously cannot recommend him enough, Cole is a great contractor, does excellent and HONEST work. He's busy but if you can get on his calendar, I promise you will not be disappointed. 4,000,000/10 will hire him again (I am attaching photos - they aren't great images and don't do the job justice at ALL, but i tried)

In addition, they leveled out another section of the yard that had uneven grading. From start to finish, Sam and his team were incredibly professional, punctual, and diligent in their work. They took the time to clearly explain every step of the process before beginning the project, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and conducted a complete walk-through upon completion. Their communication and attention to detail were outstanding. Not only did they execute the job flawlessly and ahead of schedule, but they also went above and beyond the agreed scope by seeding grass in all of the disturbed areas--an unexpected and much-appreciated finishing touch. This was easily one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. I would highly recommend A&S Enterprises for any landscaping, drainage, or patio needs. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
