Was a year where they had to fix screw ups, so here we are 5 years later and those same shingles blew completely off the roof and they Winfield Homes say "OH yeah that happens, wind, act of God". You need to get that fixed on your own. When I told them it was the same issue within a few months of occupying the residence did they say "OH, I will call my boss and find out"? They only called us back because their supplier called them with the issue! Well heck never received a call back. So having an independent roofer come look that isnt associated with this builder and if they find the roof itself is an issue then there is going to be one heck of a problem.
