That was very concerning to me, so I go into their office and ask what is going on, and do you know what they told me?? "Yeah you aren't employed with us anymore." WHAT?! I had a legitimate reason for missing work for one. They never mentioned an attendance policy for two. For three, they never gave me a warning saying next time you miss work, you're done. FOUR - THEY LET MY WIFE AND I GO TO FLORIDA FOR ALMOST TWO WEEKS THINKING I WAS COMING HOME TO A JOB!! We would have canceled the trip had we known!! They did not CALL ME, they did not EMAIL ME, they did not TEXT ME saying I was unemployed, they didn't even send a letter. They let me figure it out for myself. Absolutely horrible company, no wonder they cannot keep good people, because they don't even give them a chance. And to top it all off, the owners go to my church. Apparently that means nothing too. For going to Grace church, they have literally no grace when it comes to the people they hire. If you have a human body that ever gets sick, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for employment.
