They were paid upfront by our father, and then again for the add on when she found out there were going to be more people. To say their catering was horrible is an understatement. They were late, didn't set the food up correctly, were missing food, and didn't think it was a big deal. My sisters wedding was in a converted garage area, so it was fairly cold, and none of the food had warmers under them. When asked why this was the situation the owner, Ben, stated that the girl was new and that they would take care of the situation. They didn't. First a refund was offered for roughly 474 and then for 575 but was never sent. They jerked my sister and my dad around for weeks, and even the credit card company by submitting false information. They supported us when working with several unique dietary restrictions, even going so far as to label the special meals with the names of the guests (rather than the allergies or dietary needs). This people-first focus meant so much to us. This year, we had to unexpectedly cancel our event at the last minute, and they were still so helpful and kind. They actually drove 2.5 hours to us here in Asheville NC so we were super grateful for this special treat! The BBQ and fried chicken breasts were perfect and tender.
