Wouldn't accept my groupon for my 90 min massage appointment, though it states same day use on the…read moresite! The front desk told me that I could cancel my groupon and pay them what I paid for the groupon and still get my massage; I said forget it. When I called to make the appointment, they informed me that they would just give me that rate and I don't even need to go through Groupon, yet they wouldn't honor same day?!! Complete waste of my time and poor customer service and shady practice; don't waste your time with them!

Left the door open multiple times with a clear view in from the lobby with my butt out. Then had the nerve to call me cheap when I tipped her while just trying to get out of there. The business is very clean with a very nice ambience. The people are friendly. My masseuse, Lili, was wonderful. Her strong, skilled hands found all my knots, and worked on them skillfully. She checked in with me frequently to see how I was doing, which I appreciated. I felt much better after my massage. I will be going there regularly I think. The only surprise was an additional five dollar charge after the massage, in addition to what I paid on Groupon??? That was unexpected and seemed a little weird. still, all in all, I had a very good experience. I will be going again.
