The Serenity Pool is a picturesque experience on its own, but the above mentioned make you feel welcome and are such nice, genuinely kind people.
I was lucky enough to encounter these team members that all go the extra mile, and like the rest of the Maui FS staff, they work so very, very, hard. Mahalo for a wonderful experience. The people employed by the FS are what makes the experience so magical, so if you happen to go, treat them well and show your appreciation; tip accordingly.
Pro tip - if you want prime real estate for the day, make sure you arrive early to the pool for a set of chairs, and you will be graced with the help of a team member to set you up. You can make a reservation 24 hours in advance for a fee, but only for the non-ocean view area. Cabanas are also available to reserve. Showing up later in the day? You might find something, or you might have to be added to the wait list during high times. No worries, there's the family pool on the lower level, and the beach below when lounges are also available. Both are very nice as well.
The Serenity Pool opens at 7:00am, with the bar opening at 10:00am. For this reason, only 21 and over are allowed. Food and beverage poolside? Always a yes. Hungry before that? They will hold your spot for an hour during breakfast hour. Let the attendant know, and they will be happy to save your place for a bit. read more
